Bantry House

Bantry House makes an exceptional location for civil wedding ceremonies and receptions. Not only is it one of the finest historic houses in Ireland, but it also commands one of the best views overlooking Bantry Bay in West Cork. Housing an important private collection of furniture and objects of art, it is a unique venue that epitomises quality and elegance. We have a range of rooms to offer our wedding couples with a maximum capacity in the house of 100 guests. A marquee can be erected in the East Stables which can hold a maximum of 150 guests. The entire estate can be rented which gives a truly unique experience in a stunning setting. The General Manager Sophie Shelswell-White is available to assist as wedding coordinator in the lead up and on the day. Catering is arranged with our recommended caterers and we hold a beer and wine licence only.
