Information

Transparency Hub

How WedHQ builds and maintains a useful wedding directory.

A trustworthy directory should make it clear what it knows, what it does not know and how businesses can keep their information accurate.

Listing sources

Directory records may be compiled from publicly available business information and supplier-submitted details. We do not treat a listing as an endorsement or guarantee.

Corrections and claims

Businesses can ask us to correct, update or remove a profile through Contact. Couples should verify current availability and pricing directly with suppliers.

Reviews and editorial

We aim to label reviews, sourced information and editorial guidance clearly. We do not accept payment in exchange for changing an honest review.

Accessibility and safety

We continue to improve readability, keyboard access and clear explanations. If something is inaccessible or misleading, tell us so we can investigate.

How results are presented

Directory pages are organised around category, location and profile information. Search visibility or placement is not a guarantee of quality, availability or endorsement.

Business control

A business can request a correction, claim a profile or ask for removal. We may ask for reasonable evidence before changing information that affects another person or business.

Accountability

We review reports about inaccurate, unsafe, misleading or infringing content and may update, restrict or remove content where appropriate.
