Choices available
You can choose not to submit contact or enquiry forms, clear locally saved planning data through your browser, and ask us to correct or delete information we hold about you.
Make a request
Use the Contact page and choose a subject such as privacy request, data correction or deletion. We may need to verify the request before making changes.
Marketing
We do not currently require marketing consent to browse the directory, and we do not sell personal information.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you and request corrections where it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Deletion and restriction
You can ask us to delete information or restrict how it is used in situations provided by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or dispute-resolution reasons.
Object or withdraw consent
You can object to certain uses of your information and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already took place lawfully.
What to include
Tell us the page or feature involved, the email address used, the request you are making and any details that help us verify the record. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
