When you contact a venue or supplier, any quote, contract, deposit or booking is arranged directly with that business. WedHQ is not a party to that supplier contract.
Supplier responsibility
Ask suppliers about their own terms, cancellation policies, insurance and payment arrangements before committing.
Future paid services
If WedHQ introduces paid services or checkout, we will publish clear terms before those services become available.
Quotes, deposits and cancellations
Any quote, deposit, cancellation fee, refund or service warranty is governed by the supplier's contract. Ask for terms in writing before paying.
Payment safety
Do not send card details, passwords or identity documents through a public enquiry. Use a supplier's secure payment route and verify the business details first.
