Myself and my wife got married in the K Club on August 4th and I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of the K Club staff for all the brilliant support and service we received, not just on the day in question but also in the build up to the wedding. From the waitstaff on the night to the barstaff in the residence bar, everyone we dealt with was helpful, pleasant to deal with and really helped to make the whole day enjoyable. While all of the staff were phenomenal there are two particular people I want to commend. The first is Alina who made the entire wedding planning experience so, so enjoyable. Her creativity, organisational skills and enthusiasm really made us feel confident that the K Club was the right venue for us and all her efforts really showed on the day itself. Her support and guidance really helped to make the day what it was and we couldn't recommend the K Club strongly enough as a result. She really was fantastic to work with from start to finish. The second is Dylan Kavanagh who was also brilliant to deal with. Dylan was really helpful during the BBQ from organising food for our guests after the kitchen closed to helping us ensure the party kept going on the second day. Alina is simply fabulous! From the moment we met, we knew she was the perfect person to coordinate our wedding. Not only is Alina patient, kind and friendly with a great relaxed personality but she is also very organized, detail-oriented and professional. It was so easy to trust Alina with our wedding day as she was always prompt with communication exchange and punctual with meetings – as we were organising our wedding from abroad this was very important for us and calming! Leading up to our wedding, Alina ensured that every last detail was covered offering great suggestions throughout the process. Alina understood our vision and it turned out beautifully, giving us the most amazing and seamless day. This allowed Mark and I to enjoy each other, our day, and our guests! Extremely helpful and supportive too, Alina was never phased even when we had to make some last minute changes. On the day itself, Alina was very much there for us even helping with my dress during our photo shoot! Alina is seriously the best, always going above and beyond, we never worried about a single detail on the day. When we got engaged we went looking for venues to get married in. The first stop was the K club...this was also the last stop. As soon as we saw the venue that was it, we were certain it couldn't be matched. Being two extremely laid back people, there was no rush in getting things sorted, however the professionalism and attention to detail displayed by Alina was second to none and she ensured we had everything sorted! Alina's recommendation to get a band to play during the reception was also a winner! The whole day ran so smoothly with no hiccups, exclusively down to Alina's professionalism and planning, and the professionalism and kindness of each and every member of staff we encountered that day. We have had friends and family continue to comment about what a brilliant day they had and the exceptional venue our wedding was held in.
