I cannot say enough good things about Dromhall Hotel. They are extremely professional in everything they do. Any queries I had on run up to wedding was dealt with efficiently by Ciara no matter how many questions I asked her!! On day of wedding itself Michael could not do enough for us. From the very first meeting we had at the Dromhall we knew that we were in the right place. The decor of the function room is beautiful plus the layout with dance floor and bar works brillantly. The team at The Dromhall Hotel Killarney were exceptional in the planning, preparation and delivery of the most special day of our lives, our wedding day on Saturday 10th May 2014. The timings all being preplanned by the Dromhall Hotel team prior to the big day, made everything even more perfect. We recently had our wedding reception at the Dromhall Hotel. We are based in Australia and when choosing a venue I was very conscious that I wanted somewhere that would make communication from overseas easy. From the moment I contacted the Dromhall the service was excellent. Every email was answered within hours and the help they provided in determining how much food, wine etc we would need was brilliant. We spent the night before the wedding at the hotel. While getting ready on the morning of the wedding I must have called reception ten times for different little bits and pieces - every request was responded to immediately and they could not do enough for us. One of my greatest concerns was food - I really wanted to ensure our guests had good quality food and plenty of it. The hotel did an outstanding job. We had many guests from the US, England and all over Ireland, many of which stayed at the hotel. They thought the service, staff and accommodations were outstanding. As the bride it was a pleasure working with the hotel staff - everyone was professional and knew their jobs. I felt very confident that they would do a great job and they did. The food at the wedding was outstanding. Everyone commented to me that it tasted great, it was hot and there was plenty of it. Many commented that the Salmon was the best they every have eaten.
