We recently got married at Woodlands Hotel and honestly couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. From the very beginning, the whole team made the planning process feel so easy and stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds, orangery and an amazing atmosphere. A huge thank you especially to Lauren Sidebottom, our wedding coordinator, who was incredible from start to finish. Lauren was always on hand to answer questions, offer advice and make sure every detail was taken care of. Her organisation and support meant we could relax and truly enjoy the build-up to our wedding. On the day itself, Marc and Eleanor were fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and seamlessly, allowing us to enjoy every moment with our family and friends. Their professionalism, kindness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed and we are so grateful for everything they did. We are so happy we chose to have our wedding at the Woodlands Hotel. Our coordinator Abbigail was really great at giving us advice and answered all our questions quickly. The run up to the wedding was great with our package having our food tasting three course meal with wine so we could pick the menu we wanted and check ins with Abbigail to make sure we had everything in place. We booked the bridal suite the night before as well as the wedding night and also had the bridal prep room for myself and my bridesmaids for the day. Everything went really smoothly and our coordinator and toastmaster were on hand to make sure we were exactly where we needed to be at the right time. The service was fantastic and we got married in the orangery which was a lovely big room with a glass ceiling. The wedding breakfast and evening reception was in the same room but the swap overs went quickly and all guests were looked after inbetween. We loved the mood lighting

We had our wedding at Woodlands Hotel on 30th April 23 and everything was perfect. We left all of our personalised favours and decorations with the staff to set up on the day, and they did it seamlessly. From the very start with the aisle, all the way through the dinner and evening ceremony, everything was set up seamlessly. The staff were so attentive, and the timings of the day were absolutely perfect. They were so quick to turn around our room and asked us a lot throughout the day if everything looked how it should, and we were happy with everything. My husband and I got married at Woodlands on 17th Sept 2021. The new orangery, build during 2020 lockdown, was the gem of the whole venue, so bright and airy, and much better than the marquee that was there originally. The wedding day itself was seamlessly run by Abbigail and Charlotte.

The day was wonderful and everything went better than expected. The woodlands were up for every challenge we had and all of you were wonderful.
