Myself and my sister planned my Mum and Dads 30th Wedding Anniversary and wedding renewal at Weetwood hall, and we cannot be any more thankful and grateful for all the help and services they provided before, during and after the party. They were simply wonderful. Weetwood hall have been absoloutely incredible. We booked a last minute date and left ourselves around 13 weeks to plan our big day. Rachel who was our coordinater was absoloutely amazing, she was very welcoming from the off and answered all queries very fast. Nothing we asked was too big and she ensured that ourselves and our guests were all prepared to have a brilliant day from food requirements to disabled access. The night before our wedding we then met our wedding hosts Raihaanah and Jo. They were both amazing, they made sure everything ran smoothly, they ensured both myself and my husband had everything we needed and kept us informed of everything that was happening. The day ran so smoothly and truley was perfect and I can honestly say it is all thanks to Raihaanah and Jo. We booked Weetwood hall 4 years ago for our wedding on 6/6/2026. We dealt with a few different wedding coordinators over the 4 years but their communication between themselves was phenomenal!! Our final wedding coordinator was the lovely Rachel who made sure our wedding was planned to perfection and the day went without any problems. Our wedding host was Jason and I must say every single guest told us how fabulous he was. From making sure the bridal party knew exactly where to stand, finding the perfect point in the song to walk in to and calming everyone’s nerves to making sure everyone’s wine and champagne was topped up during the wedding breakfast and keeping up the energy all day. Jason and the team also handled all of the setting up for us the night before the wedding meaning we didn’t have to stress about a single thing. This venue is absolutely beautiful! All our guests were in shock at how stunning everything looked. And everyone is still talking about the food a week later!! Yes this venue may seem pricey at first glance but every single penny is worth it. It was the first venue we looked at and we booked it straight away. And all the staff members from the wedding team to the staff in the stables (especially Kirsty I believe her name is who remembered us from the first time we visited the venue and recognised us as getting married on every visit) all go above and beyond to make you feel special and are so friendly. Weetwood hall went above and beyond to ensure our day went as we wanted. We were in contact with the wedding team from day 1 and was back and forth every week ensuring the planning of everything was perfect and to our standards. The value of money was insane! Weetwood Hall was perfect for what we were looking for. We went with the Tawny Owl package for our wedding and it was spot on. The fact that we had unique, dedicated rooms for the Ceremony, Wedding breakfast and evening reception was amazing and made it feel even more special. We recently celebrated our wedding at Weetwood Hall, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make our day everything we dreamed of. A huge thank you to Nicola, who supported us throughout the planning process. Her patience, attention to detail, and calm approach made the run-up to the wedding feel smooth and stress free. She was always available to answer our questions and made sure every detail was taken care of in advance. On the day itself, Jason was fantastic. His organisation and professionalism ensured everything ran like clockwork, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the day. Weetwood Hall offer excellent value wedding packages which is why we could afford to have our perfect day. We were looked after by the staff at Weetwood from the moment we enquired, right up until the day after our wedding when we checked out. The day of our wedding was perfect. The room looked absolutely stunning. Everything we requested was provided for us. The staff looked after us and our guests from start to finish. From our initial visit to Weetwood Hall we instantly knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. We used the Weetwood Room for our ceremony, the Jacobean for our Wedding Breakfast and the Lawnswood for the evening reception. Nicola was our wedding co-ordinator. What a lovely person. At every step she was very attentive. She made it very easy and less stressful than it potentially could have been. On the day our co-ordinator was Jason. Again he was just brilliant. I had my day 3 weeks ago, I couldnt of asked for a better day Jason was amazing making sure we was ok and if we needed anything through the day. The food was gorgeous. What can I say! We got married at Weetwood Hall on the 17th May, we had the most amazing day. Weetwood hall from the moment we booked our wedding nearly 16 months ago have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I mean that. They went above and beyond for us in the planning and also on the day. We honestly cannot thank them enough. We were married at Weetwood Hall Estate in January 2025. Our entire experience with Weetwood has been nothing short of perfect. Each question, query or thought was answered with full attention to detail ensuring my husband and I were satisfied. Nothing was too big or small or a request for the amazing staff at Weetwood. We had our entire day at Weetwood and I had decided to do most of the decorating myself. This was met with the most welcoming assistance from everyone at the venue. If there was any way anyone could help, they were more than happy to. Our experience with menu tasting was great, we embraced the tasting experience with our family and everyone loved the food on the day. We still have family and friends commenting on the food quality now! The rooms we used at the venue for our guest entrance, ceremony, breakfast, reception and breaks were all brilliant spaces. We felt comfortable and happy everywhere we were. I would also like to mention specifically Jason & Tom who on the day of our wedding and the night prior, did absolutely everything they could for us to ensure everything was right and ran smoothly. We got married at the Weetwood on 10th May 2014. The Hotel was fantastic and the staff are really attentive to your needs. The wedding co-ordinater (Rachel) was brilliant from the start, making sure everything was organised so the day went very smoothly. Also a special mention on the day to the Toastmaster Adam who kept everything moving along in his lovely calming manner. Brilliant venue and gorgeous grounds for the photographs. Would highly recommend. Wish we could do it all again.
