Rob and the team were very flexible and supportive, often offering suggestions and giving their expertise which we very much appreciated. Being able to access the venue before the event also made decorating the hall an absolute breeze, as we weren't limited to just a few hours before the wedding unlike other venues. From the moment we arrived at Cranford Hall, we knew instantly that this was where we wanted to celebrate our marriage. We didn’t look anywhere else — and that instinct proved absolutely spot on. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Emma, Rob and the entire team. They went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for, delivering care, professionalism and attention to detail that made our wedding truly magical. Our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever attended — including our wonderful pastor who travelled down from Scotland to officiate our blessing and has conducted weddings for over 45 years. From start to finish, Rob was a joy to work with. Very approachable but professional. We specifically wanted a vegan/vegetarian wedding and the food was some of the best we had tasted. He was happy to make any tweaks we had, and was happy for us to meet him, or a member of the team, at the venue as many times as we wanted. We had our wedding last weekend and we honestly could not have done it without Rob & Freddie! Rob took over our day quite late down the line and from the minute he was involved he was amazing 👏 we honestly can not speak more highly of him if we tried. His attention to detail, his professionalism, his contact with us was second to none, we were more than safe in his hands. He did not stop running around from morning to night, making sure everything ran smoothly and on time. Taking all of our worries away and ensuring we had the best day! Cranford Hall was the absolute best place for our wedding day. When viewing venues, we seen a lot that have fixed menus and offered little flexibility. Cranford Hall allowed us to be really flexible with everything including the food we wanted. Rob the caterer was amazing, gave us the choice of anything we wanted from bbqs and paella to a sit down meal which we could fully pick ourselves. The communication from both Rob and Emma (venue manager) was amazing, they are both such lovely people. The team that were working on our day were so attentive and felt like they genuinely were enjoying themselves!
