Absolutely incredible from start to finish We honestly cannot recommend Dodford Manor highly enough. We got married here recently and from the very beginning of the planning process right through to the last dance, the whole team were absolutely exceptional. The venue itself is stunning, but what really made the experience for us was the people. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, courteous, friendly and incredibly professional. Everything was delivered to a phenomenal standard, and the feedback we’ve had from our family and friends has been just as enthusiastic. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how brilliant the team were. A very special mention has to go to our wedding coordinator, Kayleigh, who was an absolute dream to work with. She was fantastic throughout the planning and completely brilliant on the day. She kept us on track (and occasionally in check! 😂), dealt with everything so calmly and professionally, and gave us the confidence to relax and actually enjoy our wedding day. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone better. The food, provided by Jenkinsons, was outstanding and the service throughout the day was fantastic. We had our wedding day on Monday and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day!

Prior to getting engaged and starting to look for venues I had never heard of Dodford Manor. After booking the venue and telling people where we got married it appeared that most people seemed to have been to a wedding here - now I know why. Dodford was the first venue we visited and as soon as we walked in we knew it was the one. We did visit a couple of others just to check we weren’t getting carried away and over excited by the first thing we had seen but nothing compared to how Dodford made us feel. The whole team and systems that they have in place run like clock-work. There was never a second during our wedding day that I even thought about what time it was, what was happening, were things being done as Sky was just seamlessly going about her business in the background. It was even mentioned by family members afterwards how well the day was organised and managed by Sky. Simple but effective which made the whole day completely relaxed and enjoyable for everyone. 09.05.2026 The best day of our lives 🤍 We knew Dodford Manor was our dream venue from the first time we saw it. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, with well-maintained grounds and stunning barns for both the ceremony and the reception. Everything about the venue was simply beautiful. In the lead up to the wedding, the team were always on hand and ready to help with anything we needed. The communication was impeccable and we didn’t feel stressed at any point. The free taster event helped us decide on suppliers and get real ideas for what we wanted in terms of decoration, food, cake etc. On the day, the team were exceptional- friendly and professional and always on hand to make sure everything was running smoothly. They made sure that everything happened at the correct time and that everybody was happy and enjoying themselves. The attention to detail and organisation by the team, made the entire process so easy. As we both had family travelling from both ends of the country, having access to the Manor House accommodation was super helpful. The booking process was easy and all guests who stayed commented on how great the rooms were and how lovely the staff were. For family who didn’t stay in the onsite accommodation, there was more, lovely and accessible accommodation (Staverton Park Hotel and Golf Course) literally 7 minutes away! Let me take you back in time to the most perfect day at Dodford Manor! We had our special day in May, and we cannot thank the whole team over at Dodford enough. Lydia was our Event Manager on the day and she was AMAZING, she is so passionate to get things running perfectly so we didn't have to think about anything. From our very first viewing we knew instantly that we wanted our wedding there. We paticularly loved the stunning views and rustic, yet elegant feel of the whole venue. The fact that they have no corkage charge was a bonus, meaning we could bring our own drinks to use right up to the end of the wedding breakfast! The team were quick to answer any of our questions and always seemed genuine excited for our day to arrive. Nothing was ever too much for them. From the first time we went to view Dodford Manor we knew it was the venue for us and how right were we! The Venue itself is stunning situated around farmland, the barns are light and beautiful, but the staff were incredible throughout the whole 18 months of planning to the day of our wedding. They always responded to our emails efficiently, with a detailed answer and always knew the answer to my many questions that I had. The staff are super friendly, smiley and welcoming. We went to the venue several times before our big day, which was never an issue or a problem. We had Sky as our wedding co-ordinator who helped ensure our day went seamlessly, who was amazing at setting everything up as well as bringing everything back down ready for us to take the next day. Dodford Manor runs like a well-oiled machine everyone knows exactly what they’re doing and are all extremely professional. My guests haven't stopped mentioning how lovely all the staff were. The catering staff are amazing, Becki who is part of Jenkinsons was amazing, we had quite a lot of dietary requirements one being celiac but nothing was an issue, she liaised with my wedding guest and sorted everything out between them so I didn't have to worry about that which was a massive relief and help! as well as being amazing and accommodating for preparing food for my Nan who had Dementia. Where do i even begin. If you're considering having your wedding at Dodford Manor then DO IT!!! We have just celebrated our wedding at Dodford Manor and not only is the venue absolutely beautiful but the staff are just amazing and an absolute credit to Dodford. Special shoutout to Lydia who completely made our day. Although we provided the decorations, Lydia set them all up on the morning of our wedding and they looked even better than i could ever imagine. This took away so much stress, knowing i didn't have to worry about a thing! Lydia and all the staff at Dodford are always an email away for any questions/queries you may have, however stupid it may be! Nothing is too much with them and i can't thank them enough for helping make our day incredible! The no-corkage is absolutely amazing which allowed us to supply whatever drinks we wanted for the reception and wedding breakfast. Our wedding manager Abbie was absolutely fantastic. Throughout the entire process of planning the wedding, recommending vendors and touching base with how we are getting on, the team at Dodford Manor were excellent. We always felt confident that what we told them would happen and their regular calls/meetings really reinforced this. The most amazing wedding day on 24/08/2025. It was everything we had hoped for and so much more. From the first viewing we knew this was the place for us, a few factors stood out like the exclusive use, no corkage fee and the stunning views. The wedding planning was made easy with event staff on the end of an email, recommended suppliers and the wedding planning document I found it all very stress free . The day run so smoothly with everything set up exactly how we wanted so we could relax and enjoy it. Jenkinsons catering were amazing and even going above and beyond for my little brothers birthday that day bringing out a cake and candles. We have had so many compliments on both the food and the venue from guests and are still on cloud nine wanting to do the day all over again.
