We recently had our wedding at this venue and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was handled so professionally and thoughtfully, making the entire day completely stress-free and enjoyable. She was incredibly organised, supportive, and always available to answer questions or help with anything we needed. Denroyd Farm was everything we dreamed of and more — truly the most beautiful rustic venue set in stunning countryside surroundings. From the moment we first saw it, we were completely blown away and instantly knew it was the one. We had visited several hotels beforehand, but Denroyd offered something so much more special — a gorgeous converted barn with all the facilities you could possibly need for a wedding, while still feeling personal and unique. We had quite a large wedding, but Racheal, the incredible wedding coordinator, handled everything with such calmness, professionalism, and a wonderfully down-to-earth approach. She made the entire process feel effortless, from organising the barn setup to liaising with our entertainment suppliers — everything ran seamlessly on the day. The food was a huge hit — pie and peas from a local farm that everyone absolutely loved, along with beautiful canapés, welcome drinks, and desserts. The bar was well-stocked and impressively efficient, even with over 200 guests at times — there were never long queues, and the staff were fantastic throughout. The venue itself is so well thought out, with a stage for the band and DJ and everything on one level, making it easily accessible for all guests. Even though our wedding was in October, there is an outdoor seating area, which overlooks the most picturesque scenery — perfect for photos. Our wedding at Denroyd Farm was absolutely faultless from start to finish. The entire planning process was easy and relaxed thanks to Rachael, who went through everything with us and worked hard to make sure we could have the wedding we wanted while staying within our budget. On the day itself, everything ran smoothly—even though the weather was against us and couldn’t have been worse! Our guests commented on how relaxed and personal the venue felt, with many saying that if they were getting married now, they’d choose Denroyd Farm too. The food was outstanding, and there was so much of it that guests were taking pizzas home at the end of the night a lovely bonus for those travelling back. I didn’t get to see much of the evening food myself (and sadly missed out on the cheesecake I’d been dying to try!), but everyone raved about the dessert table and the huge variety on offer. We had our wedding here on the 30th of August, with around 80 guests during the day and about 100 in the evening and we could not have asked for a better venue! From the very beginning, the team was incredible. We had several meetings with Rachel beforehand, and she was so helpful, responsive, and attentive to every detail. She really took the time to understand what we wanted, asked us thoughtful questions, and made sure our concerns were addressed. We loved the relaxed nature of Denroyd’s packages. The venue is ready to go with a beautiful rustic theme so we had to do very little in terms of set up.
