We booked Crumplebury for our wedding in June of this year. We fell in love with it from the moment we saw it. The venue is set in the Herefordshire countryside, surrounded by sheep and fields & provided the most stunning backdrop and views for our special day. The venue handled all the catering and the food was exceptional. They provided us with a three-course meal during the daytime and an evening BBQ (perfect for the summer day). We were able to work with the chef to create a menu that was tailored to us which made the experience unique. We were also able to have our own cocktail station for our guests which went down a treat! The events team were outstanding! Shauna, our main events planner, was fantastic from start to finish. She was always friendly, supportive and on hand to ensure the day ran seamlessly. Lily was also brilliant in the lead-up to the wedding, answering all of our questions promptly and helping us feel completely at ease. Casey was also brilliant and one of the reasons we booked Crumplebury as our venue. Being the first person we met at our initial viewing, Casey was so friendly and made us feel so comfortable whilst showing us around the venue. We felt as though our wedding would be in safe hands! Myself and my partner got married here on the 2nd of August this year, we booked our wedding back in April 2024. From our first viewing of the venue down to the day itself the team were a great help in planning, setting up and making sure we had all the answers to any questions we asked. We were able to our my partners race car on site and were also able to have access to set the venue the night before. Lily and Shauna were both fantastic, they answered all our questions and were very quick to get back to emails, they also helped us organise guests and our vendors leading up to our big day and on the day. Many of my guests also told me how helpful the bar staff were by helping guests decide on drinks right down to giving quick but friendly service. The food is also a huge talking point, the steak in particular was amazing! So hats off to the chef and his team. We also opted for a pop up cocktail bar and a surprise course and honestly these came at an extra cost but are well worth it, they added that little bit of magic to our day. It was truly a day to remember and we can’t thank the team enough for all their help.

We signed with Crumplebury in April 2023 for our wedding in June 2025. Across that time period we had a lot of back and fourth, especially as the venue changed management, but we felt very supported all the way through. At times some communications were unclear, but all was sorted in the end. The major highlights for this venue were the staff support on the day and the food, both were above and beyond expectations. We had our wedding at Crumplebury at the start of November. It is a truly beautiful venue set in peaceful countryside and the autumnal colours were exactly what we wanted. If you are looking for a luxury day at a reasonable price, then look no further. Right from the start Gabriella and the team were so accommodating, helpful and supportive. We felt extremely well looked after throughout the whole experience. We loved that we could visit as many times as we liked beforehand to get an idea of themes and decor, and to explore the 1500 acre estate. It was so handy being given the time to set up the day before - it felt very intimate and we were not rushed in the slightest. The day itself was incredible, we were so well looked after by Louis and the team. The food is locally sourced from the farm and surrounding area and prepared onsite at Green Cow Kitchens which was really important to us. Where do we even begin to explain how wonderful Crumplebury is? We first saw the venue as a shell of a building, as it was still being built at the time when my husband and I were newly engaged and looking for our dream wedding venue! Even as a building site, we knew that it was something truly special; and the passion Joe and Keeley showed when explaining to us their dreams for Crumplebury and the atmosphere they were hoping to create was so inspiring; we knew we couldn’t get married anywhere else. We then began liaising with Gabriella to organise our dream day; and she was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Her warmth, willingness to help and professionalism were massively appreciated in the lead up to the wedding; she is an absolute credit to the team and she ensured that we had the best day of our lives. At no point did we feel like we were on a ‘wedding conveyor belt’, we were so well looked after and we are so thankful that we could enjoy a whole weekend of wedding festivities with our nearest and dearest. The venue is also perfect for food lovers; with everything from the canapés, sit down meals, and breakfasts the morning after being truly outstanding. Crumplebury, to us, feels a bit like the Disneyland of the English countryside. The one word that echoed from all our guests at the end of the weekend was 'magical', and the Crumplebury team certainly helped to make our dreams come true. Trying to get married in the middle of a pandemic was never going to be easy, not only having to reschedule our day but work around a restricted guest list, local lockdowns and the 10pm curfew, but the team couldn't have been more accommodating and supportive. Instead of focusing on what we couldn't do, they helped us imagine everything we could do and everything we dreamt, they made a reality. We ended up with the most personal and unique wedding day that we both agreed we actually preferred to our original plans. Everyone commented how kind and attentive the staff were and nothing was too much trouble, especially for the wonderful Chef who did an amazing job at rescuing our wedding cake which had had a bit of an accident on the drive over. COVID-19 Sepetember 2020 Wedding If you’re looking for the venue with a ‘wow’ factor, you can stop the search now because this venue is just incredible. It was hugely important to us to not only love the venue, but to love the people that run it, after all, your dream day is going to be in their hands. From the first email communication with Gabriella I knew I trusted her and then it was just to see the venue, we had all our fingers and toes crossed that it would tick all the boxes and my gosh it didn’t disappoint. The team completely understood our need for a “non-wedding wedding”, other than the ceremony we wanted to strip out all the other traditions because this was about spending time with friends and family and to have fun. Unfortunately COVID-19 had other ideas, so with our May date cancelled we had a provisional date of September. With regulations so up in the air Gabriella did everything to assure us that no matter what the regulations were they would give us the perfect COVID secure weekend. Our weekend was incredibly special, not only to the two of us, but our children and our guests. Our guests were blown away with the venue, location and staff and I know they’re spreading the word to new couples far and wide. Crumplebury has a personality like no other, it’s a total gem that’s going to take the Wedding industry by storm, it will be THE PLACE to get married when regulations allow. We booked the venue including Green Cow Kitchen Restaurant for a Friday evening Black Tie meal, Crumplebury for the wedding on the Saturday and all accomodation on site for 2 nights. Right from the moment we booked the wedding up until the moment we left the attention and help we received from Keeley, Joe, Gabriella and all of the staff was absolutely superb. We could not fault anything even when digesting things a few days later we could not find fault. This might sound a bit OTT but it is the truth, if you want a venue that is both relaxed and professional with some fantastic people then this really is the perfect place.
