Can you make this sound better: Everyone already knows how incredible this venue looks; it’s cool, rustic, edgy, and the perfect backdrop for a wedding that feels a bit different. But what really sets The Shack apart is the team behind the scenes. From the very beginning, the planning support from Charlotte was fantastic and made the whole process feel calm and manageable. Jacob and Mike were absolutely amazing, especially when we decorated the day before. Their advice, calm reassurance, and genuine care made such a difference, and by the end they felt like friends. They also put our minds at ease before the ceremony and clearly know exactly what they’re doing and are a credit to the team. A big shout-out as well to James and Harley, from the bar team who were also brilliant from day to night. One of the things we loved most is that The Shack is a true blank canvas & you’re free to make it your own. While they have a “little black book” of recommended suppliers, there’s absolutely no pressure to use them. That said, every supplier we booked had worked at The Shack before and couldn’t speak highly enough of either the venue or the team, which says a lot. What really stood out above everything else was how genuinely kind everyone was. I came across the Shack Revolution on Instagram and fell in love with the industrial chic design and the fact that you can create your OWN wedding style, entertainment and food options. We went for a venue visit back in September 2024 and instantly fell in love with the place we booked our wedding for July 2025 on that day. The team are all incredible and always keep in contact to help with the arrangements, they also have an amazing online Portal that you can complete all your requests, timeliness, venue layouts and Spotify music lists - it was so user friendly and made planning our wedding an absolute breeze. We had our wedding on Wednesday 23rd July and it was the most perfect day! Jacob and the team were incredibly organised and made sure everything ran smoothly and we were happy with everything throughout the day, a huge thank you to the bar staff too you guys rock people are still talking about how good those Pina Colada cocktails were! The location of The Shack Revolution was perfect too, right in the heart of Hereford it had easy transport links, hotels and a huge array of Airbnb options for our guests. Our wedding day was incredible and having The Shack Revolution as our venue was the first thing we booked everything else came second, the most amazing interior and beautiful courtyard with vines, flowers and fairylights it was the dream Venue from day to night. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to The Shack Revolution. I am so happy that we picked this venue to get married at. Communication from the booking process through to the day was excellent. The staff are all absolutely wonderful and on the day helped to keep me at ease.

All staff at The Shack are absolutely amazing, they genuinely seem to care about people and making your wedding perfect. We can’t fault the whole process. We felt so relaxed about the venue during the planning stage and knew that we were in safe hands and that we’d chosen to right venue despite living in London. On the day everyone went above and beyond to make the day incredible and we had so many compliments about our wedding. The city centre location is perfect and the aesthetic is so cool that it looks great with minimal styling. Some venues put a lot of restrictions on your day once you’ve booked, The Shack are not like that at all, they’re as breezy and accommodating from the first meeting until after your day. Jacob and Mike were both brilliant and absolute heroes on the day, they both have a gift in acting totally relaxed and chill, whilst simultaneously being completely competent and on it. Shout out also to Emily (who’s sadly left The Shack) who was also fantastic during the planning process. Communication throughout could not be faulted. Where can we start!!! We originally went to view the shack on a whim, whilst in Hereford. But not really wanting to get married in Hereford, being from Worcester. We walked in and BOOOOOM. We were sold. The Shack was everything that we wanted and more. Jacob and Mike felt like mates after the first meeting. We wanted to do the wedding our way, our vibes, and make every bit of it a reflection of us. All of the guys made this happen. Jacob and Mike, YOU ROCK!! The staff. Every single person we met with and who worked on the day were so lovely and helpful. We fell in love with shack as soon as we saw it. The bare brick walls, metal beams and style offer a stunning, post-industrial aesthetic that fitted perfectly with what we wanted for our big day. The staff were very easy to work with throughout the entire process making the planning stage as stress free as possible. They also worked with us to deliver other things we wanted such as a fire pit and decorations. On the day if the wedding they have ensured everything was perfect. They made sure everything went smoothly and were so friendly and helpful throughout. A huge thank you to Emily, Jacob, Mike, and the rest of the shack team for helping to make our big day so special.
