The stunning views are so picturesque and will make your special day wedding photographs beautiful. The food was absolutely exquisite and the feed back from our guests was overwhelming. Our experience with West Tower from start to finish, was incredible! Sarah was our wedding planner and ensured there were no stones left unturned. We were suitably informed about everything we needed to do beforehand and both the Cristal Suite (evening before accommodation) and the Grooms Lodge (area for grooms team on the day) are excellent additions to the wedding experience. We were blessed to have Kim (Operations Manager) on the day of our wedding, Kim was incredibly attentive and could not have done more for both us and all of our guests. Kim ensured that we stuck to our time critical events and all of her team and all the staff were so nice, friendly and welcoming to all our guests. The service was truly exceptional. We got married at West Tower and had the absolute best day ever! Everyone kept saying during the day how it was such a lovely venue, so many nice places for guests to chill and amazing photo opportunities. As someone who usually is the organiser of events I didn't have to do a thing! Drinks and food were delivered to us throughout the day which we found very exciting. We got married at West Tower over Christmas 2025. We booked our wedding with relatively short notice and honestly the whole planning process and the day couldn’t have been more perfect. Unlike some other venues it really feels like West Tower care about making your day special and you’re not just another one in a conveyor belt of weddings. Venue looked absolutely beautiful with their Christmas decorations and they couldn’t have been more accommodating of the children we had in attendance - even helping to set the leather lounge up as a toy room for kids to have some rest bit

The West Tower couldn’t have been any more quintessential for us. It is a very nice Victorian building with lots of picturesque surrounding greenery - all of which added to the magnificence of the photos we had taken on our wedding day. The Cristal Suite for the bride and the lodge for the groom were both very memorable additions to the pre-wedding anticipations. The staff all did a brilliant job of ensuring that we were catered for as and when required. All very prompt and professional throughout. The food was delicious and of good portion size to ensure everybody had enough. The ceremonial room had just the right level of intimacy and space to ensure all guests could clearly see to the altar. It opened up to a ballroom in the evening which allowed for lots of dancefloor space as well as space for large tables for all the guests. The atmosphere from the start of the day to the end of the night was that of pure joy and heightened positive emotions, which was all helped greatly by the sincere friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Our wedding was co-ordinated so fluidly and in a way that meant the staff blended in the background a lot of the time even though they were doing so much. We initially contacted The West Tower and Maria was the first person we spoke to. She explained the various wedding packages very clearly and helped us to understand what was best suited to our budget. Sarah was our wedding co-ordinator and was really informative with email responses as well as going through the order of events with the wedding. The planning stage was stress-free as we were able to focus on different segments of the wedding at various months of the year leading up to it. Having her present on our wedding day added a personal touch and we felt even more looked after as she congratulated us as we exited the ceremonial room - providing each of us with a drink of our choice. She was so very helpful and friendly to us. Kim was our events manager and we met her the day prior to our wedding. She helped greatly with visualising the order of the day. She understood the plan very well and reiterated it to us really efficiently. We were able to ask any questions and take out time to think about any we may have had. Things such as where to stand during the groomsman speech helped to reduce any uncertainties. She also kept checking that we had enough to eat and drink, and very kindly left us a midnight snack in our room which was much needed after so much energy was used for our wedding. We honestly couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue than West Tower for our wedding. From the moment we booked right through to the big day, everything was handled so professionally, smoothly, and with such genuine care and love! The entire team were absolutely incredible. If you’re thinking about getting married at West Tower, take it from us — you won’t be disappointed! We celebrated our wedding there in mid-October, and it was absolutely fantastic. The venue itself is stunning, and the entire team at West Tower are simply wonderful — friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. They made us feel relaxed and supported not only on the big day but throughout all the months of planning leading up to it. My wife (Laura) and I were lucky enough to be married at West Tower in June 2025. We could not praise the venue, or its staff, any higher. When we had our initial meeting we were pleasantly surprised at how grounded, friendly and approachable the staff were. After a tour of the beautiful venue, and bedrooms, we were presented with clear and transparent packages, and associated pricing, and we were effectively assigned a wedding planner (Sarah). The service from that day onwards was to the standard you would expect from such a highly decorated and exclusive venue. In the months before the wedding, Sarah helped us to prioritise our planning (such as when Laura needed to look for a dress through to when we should send out invites). At times, we felt like we inundated Sarah with questions but, at no point, were we made to feel like we were an inconvenience or a nuisance to her. Sarah really could not have been any more attentive or helpful. Our guests have since told us that their experience mirrored our own and that it was easy for them to book bedrooms and to deal with the venue in relation to their own queries and specific requirements. West Tower host regular wedding fairs and it was at such events that we found a pianist as well as companies to bake our cake and also decorate the room. The suppliers were clearly vetted by the venue and knew West Tower inside out. This helped us have the confidence to commit to booking them. The businesses that we sourced independently (such as a photographer and florist) were also highly complementary about the venue and staff. The tasting event, held a few months before our big day, was an excellent opportunity to try the delicious menu and to narrow down the canapes, starters, mains, desserts and wines on offer. We were encouraged to identify any changes (no matter how small). Nothing was impossible. Thanks to the hard work of the staff the day itself went absolutely to clockwork (despite the challenge of a rain showers and our nine month old son, George)! James, in particular, was incredibly attentive and helpful. A room was made available for me to feed and change George and James entertained George whilst I made his milk. When I realised that I had forgotten a belt James was able to provide a spare – in exactly the right colour and size! Between ensuring Laura entered the main hall unseen he also found the time to hide a wedding gift that I had bought for her as a surprise. Laura (and bridesmaids) had stayed at the venue the night before in a lodge separate to the main hall. Laura would wholeheartedly recommend other brides to consider this additional outlay as it meant she was able to start hair and make up at the crack of dawn without the stress of first travelling to the venue. We were both impressed at the great lengths West Tower go to ensure that those in the lodge have absolutely no contact with another wedding party (should the venue be hosting another wedding the night before). Due to the weather we elected to host our wedding indoors (and outdoor option was available). However, the variety of places and areas across West Tower’s grounds meant that, despite the rain, we were able to capture some fantastic memories on digital film. Our guests were particularly complimentary of the views from the terrace. At no time (from the service through to wedding breakfast, cutting on the cake and first dance) did Laura and I ever feel rushed. In fact, it was quite the opposite. We were regularly provided with complimentary drinks and encouraged to relax and enjoy the day. Despite the volume of weddings the venue hosts each year we can honestly say that we were made to feel very special and unique. The day was everything we hoped it would be. West Tower is a well oiled machine and a great choice if you are looking for a high end wedding venue. We certainly feel very fortunate to call ourselves a West Tower couple and our only disappointment is that we can’t do it all again.
