I have so much to say about this venue, that words cannot convey how exceptional it really is. I remember it was the 11th of August when we went to visit the Safari Venues. It was a venue recommended by a family member who plans events and said this would be right up your street. We liaised with Jason the events manager on email and he was so lovely and super prompt with his response that we just had to go there and see it, even though was a bit apprehensive as I felt it was far from Leicester. As I approached it, I had this tingly feeling of excitement, the safari road up to the venue was such a wow factor. We met Jason who showed us around the venue and we both just clicked with his flamboyant personality, such a helpful and lovely person. The beautiful stately home has a hidden wine cellar, which doubles up as a club, to give your party that extra kick. We held our wedding at spring grove in June 2016 and the service we received from both the sales and ops teams was exceptional. No request was too much trouble leading up to the day and during it. Our wedding was a relaxed informal garden themed bbq for 180 guests - the assistance provided in ideas for menus, drinks, venue decoration was second to none. The food on the day was superb. And even though we were running 1 hour behind schedule and the rain was quite persistent in trying to ruin our outdoor wedding, by the time we arrived at spring grove the staff were calm, welcoming, accommodating, very unintrusive and yet extremely attentive. Our wedding day in September 2015 was undoubtedly the best day of our lives and that was in no small part thanks to the wonderful staff at Spring Grove House. The first time we visited we knew immediately that SGH was our venue - it really is a stunning place and the Cellarz venue makes it all the more unique. On first arrival at Spring Grove House, we were greeted by smartly dressed staff, manned with umbrellas. Throughout the afternoon and evening, the staff were on hand to ensure all went smoothly and that ourselves and our guests were comfortable and well catered for. Staff who served us during the meal were polite and efficient ensuring a smooth service throughout.
