Ufton Court

Ufton Court is the most beautiful setting for a wedding! My daughter had an outside ceremony (outside the barn), then over to the Manor House and then back into the barn for the wedding breakfast and evening reception. Lots of different places and buildings, so many options to choose from. The grounds itself are stunning, with lots of places for photos and the long drive as you turn in, has the wow factor for sure! From the day we viewed Ufton, nothing else came close (not even for twice the price!) incredible value for money and the fact there is no corkage fee, is amazing! And the food! Well Fosters caterers are amazing! Food was absolutely delicious! Loretta and her team were simply the best! From the day we booked communication was fantastic, answering all our questions and helped with everything. She liaised with all outside suppliers for us, which was great. I know how stressful organising weddings must be but Loretta was so calm and had everything in hand! The day was just perfect! If you are ‘thinking’ about booking Ufton Court for your wedding! Stop thinking and book it now! You will not be disappointed! Just wish we could do

We recently got married at Ufton Court in Reading, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more amazing venue or team to help us celebrate our special day. From start to finish, the support we received from the Ufton Court team was incredible. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and attentive, and they made the whole planning process feel so much easier. We also hired a number of items from the venue, which were all fantastic and really helped bring everything together and added so much to our day. The catering was perfect, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about the food — especially the loaded fries! We had so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was and, most importantly, how smoothly the whole day ran. It was clear how much work and care the Ufton team had put in behind the scenes to make everything run seamlessly. A special mention has to go to our wedding coordinator, Loretta. She was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was always so helpful, incredibly responsive to all of our questions and made us feel supported every step of the way. Knowing we had someone so organised and caring looking after us gave us real peace of mind in the lead-up to the wedding. Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be, and Ufton Court played such a huge part in making it so special. The venue itself is beautiful (even during a drought), and there are so many different spaces to coordinate your various parts of the day. We got married and had the meal/disco in the barn, but also used the great hall and sunken garden for various points in the day. Ufton also have a good variety of decorations and games etc within their in-house store for hire. The food was excellent, and most importantly the team put us completely at ease from booking through to the day itself. We also really liked the fact that profits go to the charity.

Ufton Court was an incredible venue! The fact that all the proceeds go to charity was a huge plus as well. The venue is beautiful with a lot of ground and places to go like the main barn, Manor House and the courtyard which was one of the things we loved about it so everyone could move around and not stuck in one place. The main event was definitely the barn, it’s so beautiful! Poppy was our wedding coordinator on the day and we can’t thank her enough - she ensured everything went smoothly and helped with the set up. We had the absolute best wedding day in July 2026! After our initial show round at Ufton Court we immediately decided that it was our perfect venue and cancelled all our other viewings to book. It is a beautiful, relaxed and rustic venue with huge flexibility of where to have each part of the day and so many options to dress the venue to suit your style and vision. The Ufton Weddings team are helpful and friendly, and respond professionally to questions and queries. They also did all the set up on the day for us which was a huge bonus! We had a small number of children on the day who loved meeting the animals on-site. The catering team - Fosters - are second to none, and many guests commented it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. We had a BBQ which was so perfect for the 33 degree weather cooked to perfection and the freshly made pizzas in the evening went down a treat too! All of the staff involved in the day - both catering and weddings team - were super helpful and did everything they could to try and keep guests as comfortable as possible in the heat. Choosing Ufton for our wedding in June was the best decision we made. Throughout the entire process they were faultless. They were so laid back and took the stress out of the entire planning process. After viewing quite a few venues, Ufton felt like a breath of fresh air - relaxed, friendly and super welcoming. As it is a charity it doesn’t feel like a business like you get with some places. The selling point for us was the full access you get to 3 different beautiful spaces, and being able to supply your own drinks without corkage was a huge bonus. Ufton is a beautiful venue and an extremely reasonable price for what you get! I remember seeing on the news how much weddings averagely cost now and ours was actually slightly under. We couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our wedding. The indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful and worked perfectly for our day, giving everything a really relaxed feel. So many of our guests commented that the venue felt very “us”, which we absolutely loved. Chloe, our coordinator, was fantastic from start to finish. She was always easy to get in touch with, incredibly helpful in the run-up to the wedding, and completely on top of everything on the day. Her and her team made sure everything ran smoothly, which meant we could just enjoy ourselves. We appreciated the venue's efforts to ensure that we had as much flexibility and exclusivity of the spaces as possible - although we were previously told that the Tudor House would be inaccessible, Chloe ensured that we could use the space for our traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony which we were really thankful for. We could not recommend Ufton Court more highly. We had a perfect day which was made possible due to the care of the whole Ufton team. Our wedding coordinator Chloe was responsive to every question and request we had - she also did an excellent job of helping to calm nerves on the day itself! She was thoughtful at making suggestions which complimented our vision and on the day she added extra flourishes we hadn't thought of using spare decorations. Fosters' food was incredible - we got many compliments on the day. Fosters were also adaptable to the requirements of our group and were happy to make alterations to their set menus. The day itself had torrential rain until halfway through the afternoon, then clear skies for the rest of the day. Ufton Court were great about having a Plan A and Plan B for every part of the day depending on weather. The care Ufton put into realising each couple's vision is remarkable. Seeing every element of our designs come to life was such a buzz! Overall we couldn't be happier with the day we had. Ufton Court is incredible value for the service they provide.
