The Grand Hotel, Scarborough

It was an amazing day. Just too hot no windows were allowed to be open so all my guests sat outside most the day to cool down, alot of up and down and in and outside for a whole day wedding including ceremony, as safety precautions were vital, it was just a faf for all my elderly or disabled guests, not enough bar staff, also guests were able to join wedding guest in the other room we had to wait in for the wedding room to be prepped which wasnt very good for my wedding pics as they have them strangers in the background, the food was amazing for a buffet, the host rachel did a fantastic job helping our day go as smoothly as possible but if you want to choose this venue read the small print only 65% of cancelled guests food items are returned if you make changes, the music was system you need to be able to do yourself on your phone. Our wedding was perfect in every way from start to finish. Everything was taken care of from start to finish even down to the flowers and buttonholes We held our ceremony in the Palm Court and what a stunning room with views over the sea The wedding breakfast and evening buffet was faultless everyone commented on how nice the food, wine, champagne was The day could not have been more perfect The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble, special thanks to the manager Andrew he was amazing through out.
