From the initial viewing to the wedding day itself the staff at Reigate manor made our decisions easy. Nothing was too much to ask and every detail was thought of. Had our wedding ceremony and reception here. The hotel was clean and well kept. Stayed for 2 nights, the night before the wedding and then the wedding night in the bridal suite. I was informed immediately as soon as the bridal suite was ready so I could change rooms and finish getting ready in the bigger room. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from. My wife and I booked the Reigate Manor Hotel for our civil ceremony and the wedding breakfast. From the first enquiry Rebecca looked after us in a very professional and caring way, making sure that we felt special and not just another booking. We had no problems whatsoever with this venue or the staff. The only reason I have put 4 stars for the location is that there are no gardens for photos etc. However we have fab photos taken on the steps outside and if the weather was not so good there are plenty of places inside to take photos. The staff on the day were fantastic - had made an effort to find out 'important' people's name. They were there if needed but stayed in the background otherwise. The packages are good and, we thought, cheap compared to other hotels in the area. There was flexibility on the differnet packages and the wedding co - ordinator was very friendly and helpful.
