We had our wedding at Denbies on 11th July 2026, and the experience was exceptional from the very beginning to the end of our special day. From our first visit, we were instantly impressed by how welcoming, friendly, and accommodating all of the staff were. That level of care continued throughout the entire planning process. Ellie supported us over the two years leading up to the wedding, and no request was ever too much trouble. She was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made the planning process feel so much easier. On the wedding day itself, everything was outstanding. Ellie and Abbey were both so kind, attentive, and reassuring, making me feel completely at ease throughout the day. Every member of staff was warm, professional, and genuinely lovely. So many of our guests have since commented on how friendly and attentive the team were, which really reflects the exceptional service we received. I genuinely cannot fault the team at Denbies. Our wedding/experience with Denbies was really good, we can’t stop thinking about our day and wish we could do it all over again. Ellie has been a star from start to finish sorting everything out for us and on the day Lexi was also so kind and helpful to make sure everything was to how we wanted it. Of course it is a lot of money, but the food was fantastic, clean plates everywhere, the day went so smoothly, mainly because of all the workers. We just got married at Denbies Wine Hotel and it was absolutely perfect. From our first meeting to the last dance, Ellie was amazing - she and Abbie made the whole day so smooth and stress-free. The food was outstanding and our guests are still talking about it, with huge credit to Ben and team who ran the restaurant brilliantly. Denbies were amazing from start to finish. We attended a wedding fayre at Denbies not long after we got engaged, thinking we wouldn’t be able to afford it but wanted to get the ball rolling and start looking at some venues. This is where we first met Ellie, she showed us around and talked us though how weddings at Denbies work. She was so lovely and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. We emailed Ellie with prospective dates and she sent us through some quotes. We were really happy with the quotes given our budget and secured the date. Ellie was always available via email or if you popped in and she was about she would always come and see you. She supported us through the whole process and was always there to help if we had any questions. We had a few guests who were pregnant and due near the wedding and Denbies were very accommodating with this allowing us to add them on last minute. Overall Denbies were amazing! A

From the very beginning, the venue team was incredibly helpful and guided us every step of the way. With 10 months to plan, we were able to secure our DJ and photographer within the first month. One standout recommendation from the venue was a magician—an unexpected addition that brought an extra layer of surprise and excitement to the day, and our guests absolutely loved it! If you're considering dates, I highly recommend choosing September. The lush green vines and ripening grapes create a stunning, natural backdrop for photos—truly picture-perfect. One thing to keep in mind: if you're planning to have your wedding dinner in the conservatory, there is a set earliest start time for the meal. It’s just part of how the venue runs, and honestly, it worked out really well for us. Denbies suggested an afternoon tea to bridge the gap, and it turned out to be a lovely addition (at an extra cost but worth it). Honestly we cannot thank Ellie and Abi enough for making our big day so perfect, from the minute I arrived ready to walk down the aisle, Abi made me feel at ease and walking into the venue was beyond anything we could have imagined! Denbies Vineyard Hotel is the most stunning wedding venue. It is perfect for a more intimate wedding celebration, with a relaxed atmosphere and comfortable setting. As it’s a licensed venue we could have our marriage ceremony and reception all in the same place and the transition between each was seamless. We felt confident that the day would unfold as we had planned, due to the level of detail in the planning and the communication with the Denbies team in the run up - they did not disappoint. The service we received was gold standard, all the staff were friendly and accommodating and ensured that our day ran smoothly. They worked tirelessly to ensure that all our guests’ needs were catered for, including some complex specific access and dietary requirements. Denbies was an amazing venue from start to finish. Everything ran like clockwork, the food was really nice and of course there was plenty of wine. The wine train was a great added extra which everyone seemed to enjoy and made it a bit unique. What makes this venue in particular is the wedding coordinator Ellie. She has a really calming manner, built our package without pushing anything we didn’t want on us and was super organised.

The setting is stunning, the service is amazing and the team will take great care of you! After being let down by another venue, Denbies took on our wedding at 5 months notice. From the moment we engaged with them Ellie was amazing and positive, no ask was too much and she found a way to make our vision come to life. On the day the whole team went to great lengths to give us the perfect day, the on the day coordinator, hotel, bar and waiting staff were all incredible. We got so many comments from guests about how the venue staff went above and beyond and we generally had the best day ever in a beautiful setting!
