We recently had our wedding reception at Mercure Newbury West Grange Hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Shivanghi and the manager Sujoy were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made us feel completely looked after throughout the event. The food was outstanding — especially the BBQ — with plenty of variety and generous portions for all our guests. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and how well everything was organised. The team paid incredible attention to detail and handled every part of the reception with care and professionalism. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help both us and our guests. Any last-minute requests were handled quickly without any stress, which really helped us relax and enjoy our special day. Communication throughout the planning process was excellent. Shivanghi was always checking in with us by email, keeping us updated, answering questions quickly, and making sure every detail was covered. Their support and organisation really helped make the whole experience stress-free. The hotel rooms were also excellent — clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Our guests had a wonderful stay and praised how helpful and accommodating the staff were throughout. Thank you again to the whole team for making our wedding reception so memorable. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a special occasion!
