About Kirknewton House Stables

Services Kirknewton House Stables is a very flexible venue for large or small gatherings. Ceremonies can be held both inside and out in the beautiful gardens. If you are looking for more room a marquee can be sited in the courtyard at the front entrance. We have an extensive list of recommended caterers and suppliers who know The Stables well. We supply tables and chairs and you can personalise the decoration to your own style. We are always happy to help you with any other queries and suggestions that you may have. We allow access for the full day before with earlier access if required. We have beautiful formal gardens around the house that are fully accessible for photographs and for the bridal party and guests to freely wander. There is also extensive parkland with highland cows and sheep and even an old tractor for more individual photos. Kirknewton House Stables was the perfect venue for our day! We had access to the site for the whole weekend so we were able to set up the day before and come back the next day to dismantle/ take things. Robert and Olivia at the venue were so accommodating and lovely. They helped make the day run a lot smoother. The grounds are beautiful! Perfect photo opportunities as well as a chance for guests to explore during cocktail hour. The venue is so spacious and doesn’t require much to make it ‘wedding ready’. Luckily we were able to have our ceremony outside which was equally beautiful as the inside. The getting ready rooms were also fantastic for the bridal party. Again, Robert and Olivia were absolutely amazing!
