Susie and Rory have provided a beautiful blank canvas which can be crafted to your perfect day. The charming array of ancient stables, barns and walled garden have been immaculately looked after and any combination of which can be used. We used then for a spacious dining room opening on to the court yard, a dance floor also opening to the court yard, bar & snug area. Leaving plenty of space for necessities such as catering rooms. Susie and Rory are happy for you to decorated these as you wish - notwithstanding their advice and experience of what has worked very well before. There's no shortage of accommodation ranging from the adjoining farmhouse to the cabins (with log heated hot tubs!) to acres of tent pitching. Kingsettle Stud was the most amazing venue for our wedding. From start to finish, Susie was helpful, flexible and supportive of our planning. Nothing was too much trouble and her advice and support was incredible when we were setting up the day before. Susie also offered help and advice on trusted contacts and suppliers which was invaluable. The venue itself is stunning. We got married on a beautiful summers day at Kingsettle Stud-the most beautiful venue. Everything was perfect. From the first day we met Susie who showed us around and answered all our questions, to all the prep, and the actual day. Everything was easy and totally stress free. Susie and Rory are the most wonderful people to have on hand when planning a wedding, which can be at times, stressful! They’re always there when you have questions to ask and they’re super laid back. The venue itself is just stunning. We got married in May 2024 which meant the peony garden was at its best. A truly stunning venue with beautiful charm. There are so many spots on the farm that you have access to for the vows, and the large barns and courtyard are a great place for everyone to be. We were blessed with 30+ degree weather so the space was great for reception drinks and we even had a bit of a dance in the courtyard. Our wedding had to be rescheduled due to Covid and Susie was so supportive and understanding. Great communication all the whole 18 months from booking to our wedding day. When we wanted to come view the venue it was never too much trouble. Was really useful we could bring vendors and key family members there to have a look around beforehand. They also open the gardens up a few times a year which we try to come to, to reminisce our special day. We loved the fact we weren’t kicked out first thing in the morning the day after our wedding, there was no one else there, the venue was ours. Gardens provided great entertainment for guests. We saved a fortune on flowers as the venue has so many beautiful ones already provided. The venue has lots of space for big family photos and little private areas for couple photos. Kingsettle was a wonderful setting for our wedding. In a world of ‘off the peg’ weddings we wanted to be able to create something bespoke to our tastes. Kingsettle fitted the bill perfectly. We opted to hire the space because we were able to overlay our dreams onto this enchanting location. Susie’s approach as our wedding consultant was perfectly balanced. She was always available to support our planning, yet unobtrusive. When we were struggling to find vendors for very specific requirements she had a wide array of contacts who were able to provide all the extras we needed, but at no point did we get the hard sell or feel obliged to use them. They also opened up their beautiful home to us and allowed us to stay there during the wedding, which created the perfect environment to start our celebrations.
