It has been just over 3 months since our dream wedding day at Hornington Manor and I am continuously reliving the day over and over; everything just went perfectly. Hornington initially came up as a suggestion on Instagram and I was instantly drawn to it. We booked a visit a few weeks later and were shown around by Jo, who was so helpful and answered all our questions with lots of detail. We were blown away by everything it had to offer, from the stunning ceremony barn, to the exclusivity of the whole grounds and the beautiful accommodation. It was the only wedding venue we visited, as we just knew it was the one. In the months & weeks leading up to the day, Abbie & Ember were always at the end of an email for any last minute 'bride freaking out' moments and responded so quickly to anything and everything we put to them. They continuously put us at ease so wonderfully. One big thing Hornington provided and meant so much to me personally, was our access to the grounds the day before the wedding. Because Hornington so considerately never book weddings on back to back days, we had access to the venue from 12pm the day before. This allowed for full venue set up, by us and our venue stylist (Shindig Event Styling) which was completed by late afternoon, providing plenty of time for pampering and relaxing with my Bridal Party on the wedding eve and morning of, without any rushing about to get it done. My now husband and I took a moment to stand in the Reception Barn alone when it was fully decorated, and there was something really beautiful about seeing our vision and months of hard work come to life in the quiet of the evening, knowing the room would be filled with our favourite people the following day. Hornington Manor was the perfect venue for our wedding in November. The venue itself is beautiful and maintained to a great standard. Having the accommodation onsite was one of the reasons we chose Hornington and enabled us to have a full weekend of celebrations. The accommodation was perfectly set up and all guests commented on how beautiful the rooms and shepherds huts were. The ceremony barn provided a beautiful space for our ceremony and we liked that this was separate from the wedding breakfast. The main barn is stunning and needed minimal decoration as it really speaks for itself. All the staff were super accommodating and friendly making the whole day flow perfectly. Wow - where do we start? Picking Hornington Manor as our venue was the best decision we could’ve made. From the moment we booked the venue and looked around, to the several email exchanges, to taster events held there (Hog and Apple), to the Friday we arrived to start the celebrations, to the wedding day, right up until the staff waving us off on the Sunday - it was nothing but perfection. The venue speaks for itself, it has such a homely feel and every single weekend guest commented on how lovely the accomodation was. Having it completely to ourselves just made it so special. The relaxed atmosphere meant we were able to visit the venue as many times as we wanted and when the wedding came it felt like I’d ran through it so many times that nothing could go wrong, and that’s exactly how it went. The staff were lovely and helpful, even recording every last minute of our evening dances so that we had some great drunken vids to look back on. Despite lots of weddings now being held there, we felt like we were the only people to ever get married there. Months have passed since our wedding now and I can still confidently say there is no better place to get married. We got married at Hornington Manor March 22, after postponing from 2021 due to covid restrictions. From the time of booking back in 2019, right the way up to the day, we couldn’t have asked any more from Joanne and the Team who were so professional, friendly, efficient and damn right amazing! I touched base with Joanne regularly, and was always greeted with a warm welcoming smile and we really felt like although the team and the venue were always so busy, we felt like they were there for us only because they made the experience so personal and made us feel so valued. The only negative is that now our wedding is over we can’t drop in and visit like we used to and get to experience the magic of our wedding

We chose Hornington Manor for our wedding at the end of April this year, and honestly could not have been happier. We literally had the best day ever, and everything went so well! The venue is gorgeous, the grounds fantastic, so many compliments about the manor house and the bedrooms etc. And of course, all the staff are super friendly and attentive. We'd absolutely recommend it to anyone for their wedding or special event!
