From beginning to end everything was perfect. From initially dealing with Amy, Meg being our wedding director and Nickie on Reception we couldn’t have asked for better. Totally professional, organised to the finest detail and nothing was too much trouble. They helped my partner organise a surprise of singing waiters ! Oh my goodness they were amazing. We had the most incredible wedding weekend at Hogarths Stone Manor and can honestly say it was worth every moment — and every penny! From our first meeting to our departure on Sunday, the team looked after us with warmth, professionalism and genuine care. We originally planned only a party since we had already booked to get legally married, but with Amy’s expert guidance, we realised we could have a mock wedding ceremony for our family and friends to be part of our celebration and this truly made the day feel complete and deeply personal. Our wedding director supported us with every detail, everything was made simple for our vendors and nothing was left to chance — so we didn’t have to do a thing from the moment we arrived on Friday to when we left on Sunday. The venue itself is stunning — both the grounds and indoor spaces are perfect for photography and we genuinely didn’t realise just how beautiful it was until we experienced it in person. The team dressed the rooms beautifully to match our vision and so many of our guests said it was the most personal wedding they had ever attended. The food was sensational — seriously one of the standout features of the weekend, with guests commenting again and again on how delicious everything was. Several family and friends have also been married at Hogarths, and while you might think that could make weddings feel similar, Hogarths has an incredible ability to personalise every celebration so that each one feels completely unique. The bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous — so much so that I joked I’d want to get married again just for the room! The whole weekend felt wonderfully relaxing because the team took care of it all. I couldn't recommend Hogarth stone monor highly enough for your wedding. We had a small intimate wedding in the drawing room, which was separated into two rooms for us. Then we had use of the rose garden where we set up a mini golf course and had drinks. Sophie our wedding planner was fantastic and she always responded quickly to any questions we had. Stone Manor is a beautiful setting and the staff just cannot do enough to help make the day perfect - our wedding director said "it was a matter of pride". From the big things, to the small details, they make sure everything is as it should be. Communication before the day is good, with check-ins scheduled at 6 months prior, 3 months prior, and hand over the day before. We had a change in the person looking after us 2-3 months before, which was a bit nerve wracking, but our new contact Amy was fab. The first time we met with her she knew every detail of what we had already planned by heart. We went to the venue for one of their wedding fairs the week before, and by chance met our wedding director for the day. We asked to make the dance floor bigger, and he laid it himself on the day to make sure it was the size we needed. I asked him the day before the wedding if we could move the tree arch we were using for the ceremony to the reception area and put them over a bench so people could have photos. He wasn't sure what they would do, but said they would sort something. What they did was perfect, moving a very heavy iron? bench so that the sunset was in the background! Beautiful! Signed up with Hogarths 2 years ago and i have to say the service and support we recieved was above and beyond.i liked the flexibilty of the 4 payments but above all on the run up to the wedding the support we had off our co ordinator 'Sophie' was just simply brilliant,if we had a problem,querie or any issue whatsoever she was there and quick to get back to us,by the time the wedding day was upon us we can safely call her a friend.The day before our wedding we met Chloe our wedding day director,we quickly built up a friendly relationship and on the day of the wedding she went to all lengths to do her job to the standard required on such an important day.My only gripe was a confusion with a couple of the wedding partys bags,they had stayed the night before and as instructed left their baggage in reception at reception labeled and ready to go to the rooms allocated.there was however some confusion and the baggage was sent to the wrong rooms.it took some sorting but was resolved in the end.this must have been a mistake made by reception or whoever took the bags to the respective rooms this had nothing to do with Chloe or Sophie.All in all our day was absolutly brilliant and i highly recomend Hogarths to anyone thinking of choosing this venue for their big day!!
