High Billinghurst Farm is an enchanting and romantic wedding venue set within 65 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside between Dunsfold and Hascombe. Situated at the end of a long meandering private lane and edged by hedgerows, wildflowers, and fields. Facilities and Capacity Our wonderful Hay Barn with large inglenook fireplace, bar and dancefloor can seat up to 150 guests, with the interlinking Elizabethan Barns providing a wonderful space for receptions, ceremonies, blessings. Throughout, the vibe is cool, glamorous and yet rustic. Outside, the courtyard and walled rose garden look out across unspoilt countryside with far reaching views providing a beautiful setting for the bride and groom’s arrival, sipping Champagne and mingling amongst friends. For larger events, there is ample space for additional structures such as marquees, tipis or stretch tents. Services Offered We have a number of preferred caterers that we can recommend to suit your style and budget, whether you are planning a traditional wedding breakfast and canapés, a lavish barbecue or street food. If you already have a caterer in mind then we would be very happy to accommodate them. You are free to supply your own alcohol throughout the event. We do not charge corkage or bar set up fees. If you would like a paying bar in the evening then that can of course be arranged. We have a beautiful area that can be used for glamping, with toilet pavilion, hot and cold running water and showers.

We found several venues through Hitched and High Billinghurst was the only one that gave us both the immediate “wow” factor but also knowledge that when we left the viewing, we had found our venue. Beautiful venue. Whilst it can fit more, it was the perfect size for our intimate wedding (65 guests). The service in the L-shaped barn was beautiful and the reception in the adjoining larger barn looked phenomenal. The team were great with helping us shape our day, but also offering advice and reassurance with our suppliers. The whole experience really felt personalised to us and our needs. We very highly recommend High Billinghurst if you are looking to get married in a beautiful, relaxed, professional and intimate venue. Whilst the venue holds a high number of people, we got married during Covid this year so had a 30 person limit, but had the best day! From the moment we contacted Tom at High Billinghurst only 4 months before our chosen date, he was absolutely fantastic. Very calm, professional and accommodating. It's lovely to work with family owned businesses, and you can see the heart and soul from Tom & his team, including his General Manager Chris who was lovely and contributed to making the day wonderful! Weddings are wonderful days, but made all the better by the kindness and lovely nature of the people that make the day happen! I've attached a few photos of the venue as I don't think words can do it justice, it's so beautiful. Despite having plans to use outside, it rained on the day and so we had to revert to Plan B & host the whole thing inside - the team were amazing at re-jigging without bothering us, (including re-jigging timings as we were an hour late due to terrible rain & traffic!), but the venue is so beautiful inside, it was as lovely as Plan A!
