I cannot say enough good things about Hampton Court House as a venue in which to get married. For starters, the venue is beautiful, so appeals from the moment you walk through its gates. The view of Bushy Park in the ceremony room, the classy dining room and the Conservatory which, if you have good weather, looks out over the grounds where guests can spend time during a reception. As a venue, it fit all our needs and we knew we wanted it instantly. What really makes it a special venue, however, is the team who helped us put on the day. From the clear communication from the moment we booked our first visit, through the team's constant availability, the information form, one-month-to-go meeting and on-the-day management calmed all our nerves. We got married at Hampton Court House in February 2022, and the whole experience was absolutely perfect. Like a lot of people, we had to postpone (from Feb 2021), and HCH were absolutely fantastic and handled the whole situation incredibly well. The venue itself is particularly well suited to a winter wedding - the massive fireplaces in particular make the whole place feel cozy, and they also have lovely sofas for guests to sit on. You also get a lot more space that you're given at most venues - the champagne reception, dinner, and dancing are all in different rooms, which makes the reception flow nicely. I want to dedicate this belated review to Emily, our point of contact throughout our journey with Hampton Court House. This consummate professional was able to deal with our last minute, COVID restricted, culturally unique, wedding planner-led event with such grace and poise and made us feel more comfortable than we were entitled to. I personally owe her an apology for keeping her beyond her working hours one evening just so I can drop off things for the wedding the following day.
