I want to thank the team at Eaves Hall for helping me to bring my vision to life. Although the prices seemed quite steep at first, the team managed to get us a good deal at a discounted rate to fit our budget. We had our wedding on a Monday which is a less popular day so that helped. We also had a fully halal wedding so didn’t require any alcohol. They allowed us to book outside catering, then provided us with plenty of non-alcoholic drinks and an afternoon tea included in the cost of the venue. For guests who booked a room for the night, they even provided a halal breakfast! From beginning to end they helped to plan the event and coordinate on the day. Maddison went above and beyond to ensure I could have my wedding ceremony outside just the way I imagined it, whilst also drawing up a Plan B and a Plan C just in case the weather let us down. Anne was amazing on the day, resolving all the little inevitable issues and providing much needed emotional support. My family spoke very highly of the staff and loved the entire day. We had our wedding at Eaves Hall in May this year and it was perfect - everything we wanted it to be! The staff at Eaves Hall kept us on track on the lead up to the wedding letting us know when we should be booking suppliers and sending invites out. We had regular meetings and they were accommodating when we wanted to visit the venue to check certain aspects. They created a detailed function sheet for us which mapped out everything across the wedding day. This meant we didn’t need to worry about anything the entire day and everything ran super smoothly. The venue is stunning, the food was delicious with big portion sizes. They catered excellently to our guests with food allergies, specifically coeliac, nut allergies and had vegan options too. From our initial show around to our wedding day, every single member of the Eaves Hall team that we came into contact with were just amazing. From answering every single query quickly to offering help and advice where needed. The venue is beautiful and speaks for itself, but the staff and service surpassed this for us, which brings me on to Jen. Jen ran our wedding day and was nothing short of incredible. She had us ready on time, flowers dried, mother of the bride in check, we were able to just relax, enjoy our day, and go with the flow knowing that Jen had absolutely everything and everyone under control and where they needed to be. We had our wedding day on 28/03/2024 and it was absolutely perfect from the night before to the morning after. Eaves Hall have been nothing but incredible during the last 2 years whilst planning our big day. They have always ever been an email or phone call away. Nothing has ever been to much to ask. It is set in the most incredible grounds, both inside and outside makes it the most dreamiest wedding venue. I knew when we set foot inside it was the one. They are also dog friendly which was a huge thing for us to be able to have Rory involved, as he is our fur baby. The staff have been lovely and very professional, especially Jen on the day of the wedding who ensured that everything ran nice and smoothly. She felt like she was part of the wedding party and knew exactly what she was doing. She kept everyone calm and relaxed and had everything in hand before i had even thought about stuff. The venue was beautiful and well organised. Our toast master Jen was wonderful throughout the whole day, she made sure we knew it was our day and not to be rushed. Also in the lead up to the special day Nathan was especially fantastic. He communicated with us well and helped with all the final details. There was only one issue we had and that was with communication between some of the staff when organising at the beginning and felt there was a lot of confusion on there end. Also the staff at night, were quite rude to us. And insinuated that we had lost the key to our room when it was never gave to us. And then tried to charge us for losing it. Jen, Emily, Lesley-Ann & Maddison in particular are a credit to the Eaves Hall team and were an incredible support both on the day and all the way through the planning.
