Mary has a fantastic personality for her job. Her dedication to her job is very obvious. There are many instances where she went the extra mile for us but just to give an example: On the day of our wedding everything in the diamond coast was flawless. the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food and service was fantastic. Staff and management could not do enough to make our day run smoothly. The function room was beautifully decorated by the diamond coast in purple to match our theme. The back drop fairy lights were stunning behind the top table. The red carpet was out for our arrival & the bicycle outside with our names on it is just an extra finishing touch unique to the diamond coast I believe the diamond coast is the best wedding venue around and having Mary as wedding co - coordinator is an added bonus! Many hotels advertise that they can hold large numbers when in fact they can only hold them at a squeeze so anyone looking at having a big wedding can rest assured that the diamond coast can very comfortably hold a huge wedding. When you book your wedding with the diamond coast and you get a price for a package absolutely everything is included in the package, meal, wine, room decor drinks in reception.. etc all included. We married in St Patricks church Gurteen on 29/11/2013 and then took the scenic route by Lough Talt to the Diamond Coast. From the first day we visited the diamond Coast we knew we wanted to hold our reception there. One major factor is that every effort is made to make your wedding unique, from your table setting to your entrance, nothing is too much to ask. Any special requests by guests were met over and beyond expectation, and every time we go back we are made to feel as welcome as the first time we arrived!! Mary’s attention to detail and effort to make you feel like the only bride and groom in the world is phenomenal. She makes you feel so special, the little extras that make the day so special seem so effortless to Mary. The hotel staff are amazing and undoubtedly so professional and courteous. The setting is amazing, we have some fantastic shots from down on the pier and also from within the hotel. We highly recommend the Diamond Coast to other couples!
