We are not overly sure how to get all of our happiness and gratitude into a review, but we will try! We were set on getting married in Devon as it is such a special place to us, but had booked to look around Curradine as it was closer to home. It was the first venue we looked at and after seeing it, we cancelled every other appointment we had. We just knew it was the place we’d get married. It was the most cosy, beautiful venue we could have hoped. Over the two years of planning we were so incredibly looked after and loved by all of the team. We were so lucky to have Lara as our venue coordinator. She literally went above and beyond every single day to reassure us, help us and make sure we got the wedding we wanted. Nothing was ever too much for Lara, from helping me with my dress to being the first smile we saw after we got married, waiting for us with a drink. Every little worry we had, she had a solution for and we always felt like we were in the safest hands. She was such a huge part of our wedding journey and we will be forever grateful to her. The entire team are just brilliant, including Laura, the manager, and we genuinely could not have asked for better people to look after us. We were also really lucky to be able to stay in the Farmhouse and Honeymoon Cottage for two nights. It was so lovely being able to get back to our room in seconds to change my shoes, get into my evening dress or put my flowers in water. It also just felt so special to be able to stay there and made the whole experience even more magical. And the food!!! Wedding food can sometimes be a bit of the same thing over and over, but Stephen and his team are just incredible. So many people told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had and we had so many messages afterwards asking where we had found our chef. We didn't even have to look, they just came with the venue! I have honestly never had wedding food like it. Every single thing was just out of this world and so special. I am mostly just sad that I can't have our wedding menu again! The Bellini bar, the photo booth, the evening pizzas and all of the little special touches throughout the day were just incredible. Everything felt so thought through and seeing everything we had imagined over the two years of planning actually come to life was completely breathtaking. We feel so incredibly lucky to have got married at Curradine. It was everything we could have hoped for a

We had an incredible wedding day at Curradine Barns and are so grateful to the entire team for all their hard work! Planning our wedding in just 3 months came with a few initial hiccups, and communication wasn't quite as prompt as we had hoped at the start. However, once we spoke with the manager, they worked incredibly hard to accommodate all our unique requests and even kindly offered us an extra pizza topping as a thoughtful gesture. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly and was absolutely perfect. A special mention has to go to Emma—she was amazing! She consistently checked in on my husband and me to make sure we had everything we needed, and she made sure to give us a proper handover to the evening team when her shift finished. The food was lovely and all of our guests thoroughly enjoyed it—the chefs did a wonderful j

We had our wedding at Curradine in July 2026 and it was the most amazing day. We booked our wedding with over 2 years to go and throughout the whole process the staff at Curradine were super friendly helpful and communicative. We had Hannah as our coordinator and she was amazing, so much enthusiasm and the whole day was just perfect! Our vision came to life perfectly and it was just the dream venue and wedding. All of our guests commented on how lovely the venue was, how friendly the staff were and especially how good the food was,

Wow! From the moment we saw Curradine Barns when we looked around on one of their open days, we both knew this was the perfect venue for us. It is in a stunning location, surrounded by beautiful countryside and has the most amazing areas such as the courtyard for the drinks reception, the cottage garden for the ceremony and the barn for the partying into the evening. All of our guests have commented on what a perfect venue it is and how beautiful it is! We could not have asked any more from Curradine. Emma - our wedding coordinator - supported us from the moment we booked our date to after our event. She was amazing: calming, supportive and friendly. Anything we wanted doing, she was on it straight away! She even helped me to surprise my husband with a visit from his dog called Emily. The whole team at Curradine made our dreams come true and helped us to pull off the most magical wedding day. The food was out of this world with delicious canapés in the courtyard, BBQ sharing boards and then wood fired pizzas in the evening which everyone loved! I would never hesitate to recommend Curradine Barns to another couple who are thinking about getting married here- it is truly an amazi

What can I say? What a perfect wedding day! From our first visit to look around with the lovely Tess, we booked in straight away as we knew it was the perfect place for us. We were assigned Emma as our wedding coordinator and absolutely fell on our feet with her - she is everything we could have hoped for in a planner. Her knowledge, humour and passion for making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it made us feel secure and relaxed every step of the way. We genuinely have so much love for Emma who felt like a friend through it all! We attended a Chefs Table event, which was well worth it and meeting Stephen and some of his team, we knew the food for the wedding would be out of this world! The day itself was perfect. Everything we could have wished for happened. We got lucky with weather being warm and sunny so our guests could use the picturesque courtyard like we had hoped. So many of our guests have told us it’s the best wedding they’ve ever been to and that the food is the best they’ve ever had at a wedding too which is pretty good going in our books, but we expected nothing less from Stephen, Emma and the rest of their teams 🥰 If we had our wedding day 100 times

Our wedding at Curradine Barns was quite simply the best day of our lives, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more from the team or the venue. From our very first enquiry right through to the wedding day itself, the organisation and communication were exceptional. Every question was answered promptly, every detail was considered, and we always felt completely supported throughout the planning process. A special mention has to go to Emma, our wedding coordinator, who was absolutely phenomenal. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her warmth, friendliness and incredible attention to detail gave us complete confidence that everything was in hand. She had a fantastic eye for spotting anything we may have overlooked and helped ensure our day ran perfectly. By the time the wedding arrived, Emma genuinely felt like part of the family, and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us. The food was outrageously good and received so many compliments from our guests. The evening outdoor kitchen was a real highlight and added something extra special to the night. The bar staff were also brilliant throughout—friendly, efficient and always happy to help. The venue itself is stunning. With its beautiful exposed brickwork, iron features and stone flooring, it has so much character that very little additional dressing is needed. Everything is catered for under one roof, which made the whole day feel seamless and relaxed. It was absolutely perfect for our wedding, with 40 guests during the day and 80 in the evening, and felt intimate without ever feeling small. One thing we would strongly recommend to any couple starting their wedding planning journey is to make full use of Curradine Barns’ recommended suppliers list. Every one of our suppliers came from that list and they were all exceptional. Huge thanks to Paul Willetts Photography, Ali at Pretty Please Bridal, Cakes by Karen, Stuart Toogood, The Wedding House and Chamberlain Events. Each played a huge part in making our day so special, and having access to such trusted suppliers made the planning process so much easier. Curradine Barns exceeded every expectation we had. The beautiful venue, outstanding staff, incredible food and flawless organisation combined to cre

Strap in, this is going to be a long one. In short: the wedding day itself was perfect. The year building up to it was anything but. The venue itself is beautiful. From the string-lit driveway and flower-lined paths, through to the cosy entrance, bar area, ceremony barn, dining room, and gorgeous courtyard that ties it all together, it creates an amazing setting for a wedding day. That part was an easy win. The staff on the day were fantastic. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely excited to host us. Once the wedding arrived, everything ran seamlessly and we couldn't fault the team delivering the day itself. Unfortunately, after paying our deposit, expectations started to slip. Excitement gradually turned into frustration and, at times, defeat. In the final weeks before the wedding, after yet another difficult interaction, we felt forced to raise a formal complaint. To the venue's credit, things changed dramatically after that. The enthusiasm returned. Communication improved. The friendly atmosphere came back. The General Manager stepped in, and ultimately the wedding itself went without a hitch. A large part of our frustration came down to our assigned coordinator. Whether we were simply unlucky or whether company policies were being enforced too rigidly, I can't say for certain. What I can say is that we never built the relationship you would expect with someone coordinating one of the most important days of your life. We never felt understood as a couple, and there didn't seem to be much effort to get to know us or help personalise the experience. The recurring issue wasn't necessarily hearing "no" occasionally. We completely understand venues have limitations. The issue was how often it felt like the conversation ended there. Rather than "I'll look into it", it felt like "no". Rather than "we can't do that, but here's an alternative", it often felt like just "no". This covered multiple areas throughout the process: food choices, drinks, decorations, accommodation, and even arranging meetings to discuss concerns. The experience sold to us initially felt flexible, bespoke, and centred around creating your day. During much of the planning process, we unfortunately experienced the opposite. Ultimately, it felt like a combination of company inflexibility in places and communication that lacked the warmth and flexibility you hope for when planning such a major life event. There is definitely resentment from how difficult parts of the build-up became over the last year, and that's hard to completely forget. For future couples, if you feel early on that you are not connecting with your coordinator, raise it sooner rather than later. We held back because we didn't want to create awkwardness or tension leading into the wedding day, but looking back, I suspect asking the question earlier may have helped. For management, one suggestion would be a check-in point around six months before the wedding, giving couples an opportunity to privately confirm everything is working well or raise concerns if it isn't. A quiet opportunity to say "everything is great" or "we're struggling a bit" before f

The gardens are full of cottage garden flowers, and the ceremony room is beautiful. Food amazing cannot praise them enough. There are not enough words or ways to describe how magical our wedding day was at Curradine Barns... but we will try! This venue is exquisite and delightful. A dream place in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside - a perfect place to have a wedding and to celebrate love. The team at Curradine Barns supported us in ways we couldn't have imagined providing us with exceptional, ongoing support and expertise right from day one. The actual wedding day went so smoothly (without a hitch!) all thanks to our lovely coordinator, Hannah, and her team. There were so many nervous emotions flying around, but Hannah and her team supported us all and made sure everything was perfect - and it really was just that! As the bride, I expected to be somewhat rushed, flustered, anxious, and pressed for time as we had such a large bridal party, but instead, Hannah ensured that this would not be the case for us. The day was calm, serene, beautiful, and enjoyable. There was no rushing, time pressures, or stress at all and this is all thanks to Hannah who coordinated everything for us, on the day and prior. Hannah's lovely and hugely talented fiance, Chef Stephen, and his team did the food for approximately 90 of us. How Stephen and his team do not have a Michelin Star is beyond us! The food was unbelievably outstanding - everyone commented on how they have never had such a good meal - not just at a wedding, but ever! This is no exaggeration. We will be returning each year to attend Stephen's Chef's Table event just so we can experience it again. We cannot stress enough how amazing this venue is and how wonderful these people are at Curradine Barns. The General Manager, Laura, helped us with some complex things we had to navigate and she couldn't have been more accommodating or understanding. Hannah became a friend to us, too, and we couldn't be more grateful. You really made our wedding day the most special day of our lives. The Farmhouse accommodation is gorgeous and slept most of our bridal party and close family members, and the bridal suite is just beautiful. The cleaning team worked so hard to prepare our rooms for us and did such a great and quick job. Huge thanks to you all. We wish we could do it all over again, but thanks to Hannah, Stephen, Laura, and all the team at Curradine Barns, we get to cherish our perfect memories forever. You're all amazing and we would like to thank yo

A very special thank you goes to our wedding coordinator, Emma, who was simply phenomenal. My husband and I had a magical experience getting married at Curradine Barns three weeks ago. Our wedding was coordinated by Emma and she could not have been more helpful or friendly. She truly made us both feel so at ease throughout the day, especially immediately before and after the ceremony. When we were being pulled in a million different directions she was the one making sure that we were having a good time and getting little moments together to soak in the magic of the day. I’m very grateful to her and to the wonderful catering staff. The food was delicious and all our guests have commented on how well-fed they were and on how much they enjoyed it. The service was also incredibly slick, it felt like a truly luxurious experience for us. The actual space of the barns is just so romantic and felt both homely and special. The fact that we were able to stay overnight and have our closest friends and family there with us in the morning just made it even more perfect. I couldn’t recommend Curradine Barns enough if you are looking for an enchanting, rustic wedding venue. Thank you so much again to everyone who helped us with our wedding; it was the best day ever.
