Buxted park was a perfect day for us. The main thing for us was the accessibility for some of our guests, which the hotel had but also adapted the usual bridal morning routine to support our needs. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue than Buxted Park Hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning – so grand, elegant, and beautifully kept. From the moment we first visited, we fell in love with it. It provided the most perfect setting for our wedding, and our photos are simply beautiful because of it. From the very first visit right through to our wedding day, every member of staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel at ease throughout the entire planning process, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly, and that was all thanks to Mark. He was absolutely incredible from start to finish. His organisation and attention to detail were second to none, and his timings were spot on. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because we knew everything was in safe hands. The food was absolutely amazing, and so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was. Every single part of the process was seamless and stress-free. We had Gemma working with us throughout the year of planning; she was always available with quick responses and got everything arranged for us. The menu tasting was amazing and so personal, we never expected anything like it, and the food was fantastic (our guests all agreed on the day!). From the moment I saw this venue I knew I had to get married here. Not only are the grounds and hotel stunning but the staff are the best. The suites are absolutely beautiful and the classic and execs are stunning too! My wedding coordinator was Becca who was amazing. There was no request that was too much for her. She had meetings with us as many times as we wanted, she wasn’t phased when things were moved or changed a lot. She even popped up to see us on the day which was lovely. On the day we had Marc and Jamie who from the moment we arrived at the venue the day before couldn’t have done more. There was nothing that was too much for them and they constantly had everything under control sorting and doing things before you would even think about them. The staff helped us set up and bring everything back to the cars after with no problem at all. When a speech was added last minute they made sure this was 0 stress at all. All day

Buxted staff were all amazing, attentive and extremely helpful especially our dog and in 30 degree heat! The event planners, master of ceremonies and operations managers are all excellent, flexible and very professional. The food and drinks were tasty and looked beautiful, rooms were extremely comfortable and clean! Having exclusivity of the whole venue was perfect and meant our guests had plenty of space to celebrate or relax when needed.

We got married at Buxted Park Hotel on 31 December 2025, and have only just come back down from the wedding high. The most incredible day for our New Year's Eve wedding and we cannot thank the team at Buxted enough. From the moment we visited we knew it was the place for us; the grounds and hotel are stunning and the team are experts in what they do. Every member of staff we interacted with through the whole process were so incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. Our guests have all commented on how wonderful everything was from their perspective too. The food was amazing and plentiful, drinks were flowing and the evening fireworks, oh my goodness - extraordinary. If you haven't already booked Buxted Park for your wedding you absolutely need to! We got married here on the 1st of May. Having planned for 18 months with numerous suppliers Buxted was absolutely flawless from start to finish. We checked in the day before with lovely Andrea greeting us. No ask was too big, each and every member of staff was so invested in ensuring that the day went smoothly. Rob was wonderful, briefing us the day before on the order of events, ensuring we always had a glass of champs in our hand on the day, and looking after our guests. Marc was our toastmaster and he was a true star! Not only is he brilliant at what he does, he's a master entertainer, ensuring our guests had a good giggle and again, impeccable attention to detail. Wonderful Becca helped us plan for the 18 months - every query no matter how silly was answered, and she supported us along the way even in the stressful points making all feel calm. Basically the staff at Buxted will provide you with the most flawless, impeccable service you will experience, and wedding wise they go beyond any expectation you can have. We are so grateful for the memories we had, from the morning of getting ready, to the evening of saying goodbye.
