Me and husband absolutely fell in love with Botleys on our very first visit - it really was love at first sight! We went back to show our families before sealing the deal. From that moment on, the Botleys team - Kelly, Katie & Holly - were just at the end of an email whenever we needed anything, in between the planning meetings. They took us step by step through each part of the day - covering things even my over active brain didn’t think of! When it came to the day, we had the most amazing time! Lucy, Tom, Betty and Yasmine were amazing - being available quietly on the sidelines in case we needed anything and providing advice throughout - not to mention having an aperol to sip in between photos and having a cloth to dust us off so our outfits looked pristine! Our pug Wizard was well taken care of, he thoroughly enjoyed his 'paw-star martini and gourmet chicken dinner'! The wedding breakfast was delicious, and Tom even arranged for a takeaway box for guests who had to leave unexpectedly at the short notice with their newborn! What can we say about THE best day of our lives, better than we ever could have imagined… other than THANK YOU BOTLEYS! Without a doubt the most perfect venue and we could not have asked for more. From the incredible food, to the impeccable service, to the flawlessly beautiful&clean venue, we were blown away by how special the venue and day was and so were our guests. The bedrooms onsite added such a special touch, getting ready on the day and having breakfast the next morning with our nearest&dearest. We honestly could not recommend Botleys more… our guests have continually commented on the WOW factor of the venue, especially our grand entrance via the atrium stairs! We are still on cloud 9 and recovering for the greatest party we have been to – there are no words to sum up truly how thankful we are to Botleys mansion and how much of a special place it will always remain in our hearts. Special thanks to Lucy for her absolutely flawless help running the day and putting our mind at ease throughout – it rained for a considerable amount of the day which naturally went against some of our outside June planning… however it could not have mattered less … we had THE BEST DAY STILL, mostly because Lucy and Sarah were so fantastic at moving things around where needed. We are especially grateful for their hard work in updating us with the changing plans but most importantly ensuring Rob & I didnt need to do anything and all was under control - thank you so much! Where do I start? The entire experience with Botleys Mansion was second to none. We were initially recommended to view Botleys Mansion by a friend. Having viewed a total of 9 wedding venue, this one completely blew the others out of the water. As soon as we initially laid eyes on the venue we fell in love and knew this was the one for us. The grounds surrounding Botleys are beautiful and the rooms inside the venue are so spacious and welcoming. We were dealing with Katie and Kelly over email who were both so friendly and were so helpful in successfully planning the wedding of our dreams. Whenever we had a query or an issue that needed taking care of we were always able to either send an email or give them a call and it felt like they were always on call to help. The food tasting was really the first taste of what our wedding would be like and to say we were wowed would be an understatement. The food was so tasty and we could not get enough of it. On the wedding day itself Sarah was a massive help in getting our where we needed to be at the right time. We'd really recommend Botleys Mansion to other couples. We had the best day. Everyone was helpful from start to finish. The venue is obviously stunning, but the team is what makes it. Everyone we spoke to from start to finish were friendly and accommodating. The team were quick to answer our responses via the online portal which was a great tool to have, and everyone was fantastic on the day. The venue is beautiful, the food is great, good selection of drinks, however the administration and support in planning and afterwards left a lot to be desired. Numerous times during our planning process we were told incorrect and contradictory information in person or via email which created a lot of unnecessary stress and engagement with managers to sort out i.e. our original quote was significantly different to our billed amount. Multiple times we had to chase staff for information and responses to our emails and calls for answers to basic questions. Botleys Mansion was the first venue we visited, and from the moment we arrived, we knew it was the one. Dean, the House Manager, gave us a tour, and we were absolutely captivated by the venue, the team, and the incredible atmosphere. We still went on to view other venues afterwards, but we knew Botleys was where we wanted to get married and quickly paid the deposit to secure our October date. One of the standout features for me as a bride was The Harper Planner. Having a single, well-organized platform to coordinate everything with the venue made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free. Throughout the planning process, Botley's staff were on hand to answer any of our questions. We even visited the venue three more times with our parents, suppliers and for the tasting evening - what a special and memorable night that was, possibly my favourite part of wedding planning! We also had several check-in Zoom calls with the venue where they answered all of our questions and were so supportive and reassuring throughout. Special mention to the Botleys catering team for the incredible wedding breakfast and canapés, our guests commented that it was the best wedding food they had ever eaten! On our wedding day, we were introduced to Marie, our Day Coordinator, and I can’t thank her enough for her outstanding support. She ensured everything ran flawlessly, offered invaluable advice (like not scrunching up our face for the confetti shot), made sure we ate, kept glasses of fizz at the ready, and regularly checked in to make sure we were relaxed and happy. Botleys also took care of all the setup and packing up of the items we brought, executing everything perfectly. This allowed us to focus entirely on enjoying the day without a worry. Myself & my Husband got married early September. It was a dream, the whole team at Botley’s from the very first visit in 2022 all the way to our wedding were fantastic! Like most weddings, there were a few hiccups on the day, but the staff worked brilliantly with my planner to resolve any issues so quickly & without a fuss.

We just want to say a massive thank you to the amazing team at Botleys. The minute we entered the house on the open day we knew it we our wedding venue. My husband and i celebrated our wedding there in April this year and had such a wonderful and magical day. At no point in planning did we think our wedding would be described as magical but we’ve kept hearing that from our guests feedback. The mansion was truly spectacular especially at sunset and the service from the team was top notch to match. We had such a relaxed day and the managers on the day Sarah and emcee Tom did such an amazing job taking care of us so that we could focus on having fun. Sarah was super attentive and thoughtful of my husband and I, making sure we had drinks at hand. Tom the host did an amazing job and adapted so well to the two of us. It was the only venue we saw because for us, it had potential for everything we wanted. The staff who worked there were all very kind and sweet and the organisers on the day were incredibly kind to us and helping things run smoothly. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and the catering they provide is excellent! The best thing is it doesn’t matter if you want an outdoor or indoor wedding. The venue seems to provide a perfect blend of both. It’s also very private which means there is a very low chance of your party being interrupted by strangers. They were also very adaptable with our requests. My only thing that brings it down slightly is the portal. While appreciate it is helpful for storing all the data for the wedding, it felt at times an over reliance on the usage of the portal meant we weren’t really sure who we were talking to at times. There were instances where one member of staff said one thing but then another member of staff would say something else. The portal itself also feels quite simplistic and slow so could do with a refresh. As a suggestion, perhaps the ability to allow 2 users on the portal rather than just 1 could be helpful. We could not have made a better choice than Botley Mansion for our wedding! Booking - a very responsive and helpful team, available the entire journey for any (of my many annoying) queries. The wedding planning diary is very helpful and allows you to access of every aspect of your wedding which is helpful at keeping you on budget. Food- The tasting event was amazing, I would advice taking some of the wedding party along with you as that was a treat on its own! There is a lovely selection of food and drinks. Everyone raved about how good our food was on the day, very plentiful and served by amazing waiting staff. The continental breakfast was also lovely!!! The venue - Immaculate and beautiful, complimented by all guests, The amazing grounds and variety of rooms make it ideal for both sunny and wet days. From the first day we went to see Botleys Mansion till even after our wedding day, the service has been out of this world and cannot recommend enough! Thanks to the online wedding planner, the fast responsiveness, and their recommendations we did not feel stressed ONE BIT! We actually got to enjoy the whole planning process and also felt like that anything we ever dreamed was possible. From the wedding breakfast tasting to speaking with the team a few days prior to date, all went smoothly and with such a great energy and excitement. Not only us, but also all of our guests were amazed by their service. We did not had to worry about anything on the day and could just enjoy ourselves and take it all in. They made sure that throughout our wedding day we had various moments to ourselves, just us, to take it all in. Also, the team really made sure that we at and drank enough to stay hydrated and energised. The location and environment was also a BIG plus for us - in nature and close to the airport, to Dover, and to many hotels. As some of our family had to travel from abroad, they had plenty of options to attend our wedding.

Wow ! We got married here just a week ago and it was everything we dreamt of and more! The venue speaks for itself , the stunning rooms & beautiful grounds. The staff were honestly without a doubt the MOST loveliest, attentive, helpful and all round amazing people. They truly could not have done anymore for us if they tried! All day they ensure my husband & I was okay, if we needed anything and always ensured our drinks were topped up .. they even made sure my dress was right when coming down the isle! Even the food tasting before the wedding was amazing , it was like we were at a wedding with how it was all displayed ! Which makes the excitement leading up-to the wedding even better !! A massive thank you to Sarah who was our wedding manager on the day, she was amazing in every way & she made the day even more special for us both ! & the night manger who was also a lovely lady ( apologies I cannot remember her name ) who helped with everything and set our little boy cot up last min !
