From the moment we arrived until the moment we reluctantly left after breakfast the following morning, every single second felt like we were living in a real-life fairytale. The castle itself is simply breathtaking. Every room, every staircase, every window and every view is spectacular. It has a grandeur that photographs simply cannot do justice. Our guests were completely blown away, and so many said it was the most incredible wedding venue they had ever seen. It truly was the wedding of the year, and Allerton Castle was the perfect setting for it. But what makes Allerton Castle truly exceptional isn’t just the building—it’s the people, and in particular Sophie. Sophie, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just do your job—you went far beyond it. You genuinely cared about our wedding as though it was your own. No question was ever too much, no request was ever a problem, and nothing was too much trouble. You guided us through every stage of the planning process with patience, kindness and professionalism, and you gave us complete confidence that everything would be perfect. You worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure every detail came together exactly as we’d dreamed. You took away so much of the stress and allowed us to simply enjoy the happiest day of our lives. That is a gift we can never repay. Waking up the following morning in the castle and sitting down to breakfast felt like the perfect ending to the most magical chapter of our lives. It was peaceful, elegant and surreal—we genuinely felt like royalty. It’s a memory we’ll treasure forever. Allerton Castle is an exceptional wedding venue. When planning our wedding it was the only venue we even considered as the staircase is spectacular. We planned our wedding for August and thought it would be a nice summers day but it rained all day! Even though this was the case we would not have changed one thing about this. Our guests were amazed at the stunning features of the castle. They also made lots of comments as to how lovely the food was. We decided to book Bradshaws and we were not let down! I got married at Allerton Castle in November last year and wow, where do I start? As soon as we came to view the castle as a potential wedding venue we knew straight away it was the one. Even the moment we walked into the entrance, it took our breathe away. From booking the venue, to the day of the wedding, pretty much everything was seamless with our organisers Jessica and Lizzy.
