We honestly don’t know where to start with how amazing our wedding day was at The Plough. From the very beginning, the whole team were absolutely incredible and made us feel so welcomed, supported and looked after throughout the entire planning process. Our wedding day was everything we had dreamed of and more. Everything ran so smoothly from start to finish, and the attention to detail was amazing. The team worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure everything was perfect, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy every moment of our special day. The venue itself is beautiful and provided the perfect setting for our wedding. The food was amazing, the service was fantastic and all of our guests commented on how lovely the venue and staff were. A special thank you to the whole team for everything you did for us. You went above and beyond and played such a huge part in making our day so incredibly special. We even lost our bow tie, and the team kindly made us one from a pocket square — such a thoughtful and unforgettable touch! We got married in February 2025 , the team was amazing from day 1: nothing was ever too much hassle, no hidden costs and they were always on hand to answer any questions! The staff were absolutely incredible. the seamless planning and ensuring everything ran on time, we felt completely looked after from beginning to end. The organisation and attention to detail throughout the planning process and on the day itself were outstanding. Not one stone was left unturned when it came to organising my perfect day! The venue is so charming - you really have to see it in the flesh to feel it's heart-warming grandeur (it also seems bigger in person too). The staff throughout the wedding barn and pub are professional yet friendly and fun - the coordinators especially are so kind, courteous and on the ball all day long from helping to keep the nerves at bay in the morning, rallying our guests around throughout the day and building a fantastic atmosphere - they are just fab! In the lead up, when table plan nightmares were occurring and some things along the way started to get complicated - just a quick chat with the team quickly diminished any worries and we were able to put a plan in place that worked really well (with their years of experience they have the knowledge to help you to curate the most brilliant day that is personal to you and your wedding party). The food was delicious, all our guests with special dietary requirements (many!) were catered to without any mistakes - the service was seamless - in fact the whole day was seamless. The Plough is an absolute beautiful venue, myself and my now husband was ever so thrilled to be able to have our special day here. The staff were exceptional and helped/supported us through the process and were more than helpful especially when we had to change our ceremony from church to the venue itself. And to be honest it was a blessing as it made the day that extra special and beautiful. I have recommended the plough to friends who are brides to be as the prices, staff and location ticked all the boxes. It was very reasonable on prices of the venue hire/ceremony so that we were able to pay for more personal touches and entertainment for the day. The staff were very tentative even small things such as myself forgetting to print off the vows on the day, the staff did this for me and kept me so calm on the morning of. We couldn't be happier with the day, and the only negative is that the day went too quick! If we had to get married again tomorrow without hesitation we would go straight to the Plough wedding team, without hesitation. We can honestly say that our experience from the very first meeting to the next morning after the wedding breakfast has been way above what we expected.We found that whoever we dealt with from the wedding team they couldnt do enough and we soon found it so easy to communicate our ideas and also take ideas from them.On the day of the wedding I had a list of things to do ,such as gifts on tables,menu cards to be placed on tables to a seating plan,welcome table to set up and much more,on my arrival I was met by Savannah and Becky,I walked in and they immediately took over,I had nothing to do but go to the bridal suite and put on my suit,I never for one minute expected that level of help,these 2 girls I cannot praise high enough..Thankyou !!.The whole day went without a hitch,so many commenting on the service ,the amazing food and attention to detail,we felt at home in the most amazing wedding venue.Over the years we have been to many other wedding venues and can honestly say The Plough wins hands down .We had a budget and we kept to it which is

We had our amazing wedding day at The Plough Inn, Eaton, on the 5th of June this year. We first popped over to The Plough, just for a ride out to see where it was exactly, on the 17th of March 2024, and we asked if we could ‘pop’ our heads inside the Oak Barn to have a peek. Oh, my word, what an amazing venue this place is! This was the first venue we went to view, and we both fell in love with it immediately. So much so that we never visited anywhere else! Our day couldn’t have been any more perfect! The staff are absolutely amazing, they looked after us from the very first day we visited, right through to the time everyone went home at the end of our special day. The food was delicious! We gave our guests two options of what they wanted to eat, and we only found out on the day of the wedding that one of our guests had just been told that week that they had a dietary issue, which meant he couldn’t have the meal he had originally asked for. The kitchen staff had no problem organising a different meal for our guest to suit his dietary needs at the last minute. Every one of our guests commented on how delicious the food was. The perfect venue for our wedding! From our first meeting to the day itself, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they made planning the big day easy and stress free. The package we opted for was such a great price, food was delicious and they were flexible with vegan/drink options which helped us out a lot. I honestly don't know where to start with this review. Ryan and I said hes to the venue back in 2023 and for 2.5yrs the wedding team have just been amazing, constant communication, nothing was ever too much trouble, they were quick to emailed back (and I emailed a lot) they keep couples updated with upcoming events (I really recommend future couples attend the menj tasting, was a great evening). The wedding day went incredibly well, the two coordinators we had for the day kept us in the know of what to expect next, was reassuring me and helping with nerves, and were fantastic with all of our guests.
