We booked a Twilight wedding package with The Bold Hotel, for our wedding on the 1st June! The events staff were very helpful and lovely during the planning process of our wedding, which made it one less thing to worry about. On the afternoon/evening of our wedding the operations team were fantastic, they were all so lovely also and ensured everything went smoothly behind the scenes. I cannot thank the team at the Bold enough! Jeanette was on hand to answer all my questions we threw at her whilst planning our day during the lockdowns. I was lucky enough to stay the night before and was so welcomed by all the staff. They even added an extra camp bed so my flower girl could stay ahead of the busy day. The day of the wedding was a breeze everything flowed, the room was beautifully set up just how we'd pictured and more with our extras. Took so much stress away from us. The turn around between meal and evening was seamless by the time we'd wandered to the bar and said a couple of goodbyes we were back in and ready! Due to a larger family the team were on hand to wiggle the tables to make a huge table so all could mingle. I couldn't have asked for a better day! The room was perfect and the staff were great, on the day they were more than happy to move things around for me (being 7 months pregnant I needed a lie down half way through the evening). We had our afternoon / evening wedding reception and stay at this hotel on Saturday. Everything went without a hitch from start to finish. The food was amazing. We did just want to single out two of your staff for special praise. Jess and Emily were fantastic with us from start to finish. We visited the hotel a few times to organise the wedding and always received a warm greeting. Emily showed us the rooms so we could decide where to stay and was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble, even organising a wedding message and gift for the room. The most amazing venue, hotel and bar the staff go above and beyond. So well looked after, we had our wedding here 12th August. Jess was the most amazing wedding planner and her team where just as good. The food was amazing and they catered for all my fussy guests as well.
