Visitors to The Beaverwood often comment that ‘it’s a hidden gem!’ and indeed it is. Nestled in widespread grounds within the Chislehurst Conservation Area in Kent, our beautiful venue offers a large versatile space allowing brides to style it to their theme. From the lovely wedding pagoda with its backdrop of Himalayan birch trees to our immaculate venue with its starlight ceiling, couples can personalise their wedding and share their dream with their family and friends. Facilities and Capacity Measuring a generous 20 metres by 11 metres, The Beaverwood can seat up to 150 guests for a delicious sit-down meal (with the dance floor clear) and can accommodate drinks and canapes for up to 330 guests. Resembling a marquee with its draped ceiling, this beautiful room is fully air-conditioned/heated and features two well stocked bars, one at each end of the room, and a dance floor complete with disco lights. The entrance lobby (8m x 6m) offers a perfect space for an inside drinks reception and photo booth which we have available to hire in-house. Our immaculate grounds offer an amazing area for photographs and are perfect for playing games, socialising or just sitting and enjoying the space. There are outside tables and chairs with parasols, as well as a seating area on the terrace complete with outside heater should it get a bit nippy in the evening. Your bridal party can make full use of our extensive grounds; whether it’s for an outside band with drinks reception, for a vintage camper van parked up on the grass, or if they wish to have a tepee for a reception - ours is an exceptional venue. Services Offered Most weddings go on until midnight, but for those hardy souls who want to carry on dancing, we offer a late-night extension until 1 am. Our staff are always commented on in the lovely reviews and thank-you messages we receive. We have an excellent team; our front of house staff are from the local area, they are professionally trained and immaculately dressed. Whilst offering an amazing outside space which is surrounded by fields and ancient woods, The Beaverwood is conveniently located just off the A20 with the M25 (junction 3), only ten minutes away. In addition, The Beaverwood has ample private car parking and offers easy access for guests with mobility requirements as most of the site is on one level.
