Where to start? We would highly recommend Swallows Nest Barn. The venue is simply beautiful and you won't regret it. We had viewed a number of venues but as soon as we stepped inside the intimate and enclosed courtyard, we knew this was perfect for our venue. Abby who showed us around was so patient, friendly and warm it made us want to work with the SNB team and have our special day there. We liaised mainly with Leanne who is just the BEST! Alongside Alice (also fab!!) she answered every single question we had no matter how big or small, especially as we were planning from another country. The team were very flexible and worked to make our day seamless even arranging in person visits when we were in the country. We cannot thank you enough and you truly made our day perfection. The day itself was an absolute blessing and the team, venue, good, staff, etc. certainly made the entire day incredible. Our guests utilised every bit of space as a result of the good weather but Leanne, Xav and the catering team just made the day so special, so warm, so happy for us and our guests. We've had so many compliments on the venue itself as well as the food - Lemon Zest WOW!!! The team that put our room together after the reception drinks (Leanne and Xav I think!) genuinely brought tears to our eyes, it looked absolutely stunning, like a spring garden and we loved every single thing that you did to make it the happiest day for us both. Leanne was there every second of the way through the initial viewing in 2023 to the big day in 2025. It's in a fantastic location - many of our guests stayed locally in Warwick and made a weekend trip over the Easter break and the venue itself is exclusive and creates such intimacy it really adds to your day. Honestly, we had the most wonderful wedding day at swallows nest barn. The whole team from the initial viewing, the lead up to the event, to the actual day itself were kind, professional and honestly could not have done more for us. We had an amazing outdoor woodland ceremony, and Steph somehow managed to coordinate both my husband and I to walk down the aisle, separately, without seeing each other beforehand- just as we’d planned- honestly it was perfect. The food was sublime, no one went hungry and honestly I had so many guests come up to me to tell me how impressed they were with the wedding breakfast. Service was fantastic; the waiting and bar staff were so lovely and personable. Honestly we could not have asked for anything more. Our wedding coordinator Steph was super organised and just super lovely, neither of us felt at all stressed on the day. From the moment we looked around at our first viewing Abby and the team were amazing, always on hand to answer any questions, throughout our whole planning process no amount of viewings were too much we managed to take several family members over to see the venue before the wedding. The whole planning process was so smooth and easy thanks to the staff shoutout to Alice, Beth and Leanne for always being at the end of an email and helping us through our planning meetings. The big dah was fabulous, Leanne was on hand all day, and we didn’t have a smooth morning with a poorly flower girl! But everything was handled so professionally and smoothly it really relaxed my nerves! Leanne took my vision and created it so perfectly it exceeded everything I had envisioned. We first visited the venue during lockdown and as soon as we saw the grounds we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. The staff are truly amazing, going out of there way to help any way they can, supporting us all the way to our big day and beyond. If you book your wedding here you wont be disappointed.
