Myself and my husband had our wedding at Sheene Mill on 6th August, it was the most amazing day. Food was amazing- we opted for the BBQ and was all plated up and brought to the tables, I have so many comments with how amazing the food was and how much of a different variety of foods there was. We did the intimate package and was just enough for us to have our closest people to us for our special day, Was made to feel so comfortable on our day, and everything went smoothly and didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day. We wanted to leave a review because, although our experience started off a little rocky, the way things were handled afterwards by Gyzelle and Levi completely turned things around for us. The team that is there now has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Every member of staff we dealt with went above and beyond to help us, answer questions, reassure us, and make us feel genuinely valued. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and their kindness and professionalism made such a difference during what can already be a stressful time planning a wedding. What really stood out to us was how much they genuinely cared. The owner even personally called us, which meant a lot and showed a real commitment to customer service and making things right. This venue is aesthetically gorgeous but also incredibly versatile whatever your size of wedding. We got married in the local church and had our reception here with 47 guests - this fitted the main dining room comfortably but if you had more or fewer, there are lots of options. We had a great evening party with live music and, again, there were plenty of options for older guests who weren't too bothered about music or dancing to comfortably sit and chat.
