About Quob Park Estate

At Quob Park we pride ourselves on being the Best Value Wedding Venue for Your Special Day Following our recent multi-million-pound refurbishment, Quob Park is now one of the highest-rated hotels and spas in the South of England on independent booking sites and is renowned for providing Exceptional Gourmet Experiences. Based across two superb, historic linked locations, the Estate spans over 180 acres of deer park dating back to the Domesday Book, comprising formal and informal Picturesque Gardens, Vineyards and unspoiled Hampshire Countryside. Set within a Natural Clos and benefiting from a unique microclimate, the Estate is noticeably warmer than the surrounding area - perfect for cultivating the grapes for our Exceptional English Sparkling Wines. This privately owned Estate, Hotel & Spa accommodates Weddings for up to 250 guests, as well as Intimate Celebrations, with packages for 50 Day Guests starting from £9,000 and smaller Elopement Packages from £2,500. Your Ultimate Wedding Retreat from the Everyday! Our Romantic Venues provide an exquisite backdrop for Creating Your Own Magical Memories, with Uniquely Tailored Weddings - only a small number held each year at the Estate with Exclusive Use. Quob Park is fueled by a passion to provide Exceptional Experiences and Romance, our Estate, Hotel & Spa are all a living embodiment of the dreams and adventures of our Founder Rob Terry and his wife, Tracey. Every detail, from the breathtaking Luxury Rooms and Suites, Unique Picturesque Settings at the Estate and in the Hotel & Spa, to the Outstanding Wine Selection and Gourmet Menus in both our Exceptional Restaurants, Wine & Pairings itself and Restaurant 1707 at The Old House Hotel, is a testament to the Romance in their own journey and travels around the world leading up to and following their Wedding, as well as a desire to create venues for Couples to Enjoy their Special Occasions and Romantic Moments by providing them a Retreat from the Everyday, an exclusive environment to enjoy time together. Quob Park’s Vineyards started with a celebration of Love and Romance. In 2008, Rob and Tracey married at St Nicholas Church in Wickham. Tracey and several key guests stayed at The Old House Hotel, and celebrations were held, and photos were taken at Quob Park Estate around the land and in its picturesque gardens. To celebrate the festivities, an English Sparkling Wine was sought, but having tried many on the market at the time, none were found that lived up to expectations of being truly exceptional like the very best champagnes. This inspired Quob Park to produce its own Exceptional Sparkling Wines and our Winemaking Journey began in earnest to create wines that truly deserved to be called Exceptional, and these are now available for You and Your Special Guests to Enjoy at Your Wedding.

A huge thank you to everyone at Quob Park for making our day so memorable. A special mention to Rob, Anthony, Chelsea, Kasia, Jacob, Tia and last but not least Jess. Jess was with us from the beginning all the way to the wedding day. She never missed a communication and went above and beyond to help us along the way. As the bride I had many questions, Jess and the team did not hesitate to help us and provide great reassurance which made for a smooth lead up to the day. We will not forget our wedding breakfast tasting with Rob and Anthony which was amazing

I can't recommended Quob park enough! I spent months getting flustered and overwhelmed looking at venues and suppliers for our wedding, even though I wanted a small wedding to suit our budget. I came across Quob Park and was invited for a tour, which to be honest I thought would be out of our price range, but decided to go and have a look. I was so pleased I did! It's such an amazing venue and unbelievable value for money! All of the staff are so friendly and accommodating. I felt that such a weight had been lifted and Jess helped me organise everything. Nothing was too much trouble! Our wedding day was perfect! It was luxurious, the food was delicious and a

We were married at the Old House Hotel this June 20th. The day was absolutely magical. Completely perfect. Jess and her team could not be more accommodating to get the whole day just right. The groom lost his cufflinks!- no issue. They were able to provide a set at very last minute. The food was delicious and our guests comments include ‘we married in style!’ And ‘the most perfect wedding I’ve ever been too’ Superb value for money also. If you are considering here as a venue for your wedding you

We held our wedding at Quob Park in May 2026. Due to the size of our wedding we chose to use both their venues. The one word I would use to describe our day would be ‘perfect’. We had exclusive use of the old house hotel for getting ready, staying overnight and then enjoying breakfast together the following morning (it was lovely to keep the celebrations going and when do you ever get to book a whole hotel!). From the moment we had our show around we could not have been more looked after. The staff are all friendly, can’t do enough for you and provide that sort of service which is attentive but not intrusive. Special mention must go to Jess who is just a superstar and their star asset! For our ceremony the orangery with the sun shining through the glass roof made for a beautiful ceremony space, intimate and exactly what we wanted for our 50 day guests. We then moved to the main estate for the rest of our celebration. What we wanted from our wedding was amazing food, lots of drink, beautiful surroundings and a really good party and we got all of those! This is not your run of the mill wedding breakfast - guests enjoyed lamb shank which was so huge they couldn’t finish it and the most delicious of homemade breads, starters and decorated puddings! The wine choice is exceptional - we chose their brut nature exceptional sparkling for our wedding drinks reception, which is outstanding quality and our guests loved - we will be buying many a bottle in the future to toast those special occasions (or perhaps a Friday night at the end of a busy week!). As part of your wedding preparations you get to attend a wine tasting evening and a tasting session to pick your food and drink - we love our wines and it was brilliant to be able to pick something we loved. The views and grounds of the estate made for a beautiful setting for our day, helped that the sun shone- guests loved the terrace and the vineyard made for beautiful couples photos including an incredible sunset opportunity. The sabrage to kick off our drinks reception was also good fun - nothing like starting married life with a sword in hand. We ended our celebration dancing the night away with a live band and plenty more delicious drink! Picking your wedding venue is a big choice, and to me it’s a bit like when you buy a house, it’s a heart over head decision! My heart fell in love with Quob from our first visit and we made the very best choice for our wedding venue - I could not recommend this choice more! It should also be noted that you get membership to the Estate as part of your wedding package which allows you to go back and visit for a year after your wedding. We have already made the most of this - it’s so nice to be able to go back, enjoy a drink (or some food) an

We recently got married at the hotel and then had the reception at the vineyard and can honestly say it was utterly wonderful from start to finish. Jess, Megan and Chelsea went above and beyond and were amazing throughout including on the day! The planning process was so smooth, everything we asked for we were supported with. They made sure all the little touches and details were done. Weddings are not cheap, however we got soooo much for our money. We originally planned to look at other venues but as soon as we met the lovely team and saw the venues we were smitten. Everyone is delightful and we had so many laughs at every meeting. Nothing was too much. As a coeliac it can be stressful eating out, but I felt at ease and not worried at all. The chef was great and food was delicious...massive portions! There are so many positives, too many to name but not one negative. If I could go back and do it again , I wouldn'

There are, in this life, a handful of decisions one makes with the full and terrifying knowledge that they admit no revision. Marriage is, self-evidently, one of them. The choice of venue, rather less self-evidently, is another. Get that wrong and you will spend the remainder of your days flinching at the memory of a function suite in Basingstoke with the carpet that smelled of nineteen ninety-four. Get it right, and you have Quob Park. We got it right. Quob Park Estate is the sort of place that makes you feel, inexplicably, that you have always deserved rather better than you have previously allowed yourself. The hotel is handsome, the vineyard is quietly spectacular, and the whole operation is run with that rarest of things in the English hospitality industry: visible competence delivered without visible effort. The staff (and here I must single out Jess, who is an absolute credit to the establishment and who managed the day with the serene authority of someone who has never once broken a sweat in a crisis) have mastered the art of the Michelin-grade disappearing act. They are simply not there when you don't need them, and then, as if materialised by some benign domestic sorcery, they are precisely there when you do. The food was outstanding. Not wedding-catering outstanding, which is a category with a floor considerably lower than the floor of your expectations. Actually outstanding. Go down for dinner even if you have no intention of marrying anyone. Go twice. We opened proceedings with a sabrage (because if you are going to do something, you may as well do it with a sword) and toasted with the estate's own Brut Nature, which is described in the literature as "exceptional English sparkling." It is, in fact, better than that description, and better than most Champagne I have drunk at considerably greater expense. I say this not as a patriot, but as someone who has had enough Champagne to know when something is quietly superior to it. I cannot, in all honesty, recommend Quob Park as a wedding venue on the basis that I intend to repeat the exercise. I do not. I found the whole experience so entirely satisfactory that once will suffice. What I can tell you is that we shall be returning — as customers, as admirers, and as people who find it unusually and rather movingly civilised that a venue not only permits but encourages you to come back and have a drink in the place whe

Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We were a very small wedding party. Nothing was too much trouble. The venue was beautifully presented. A very special event was made very special by the attention to detail. I have told so very many people about the day and everything th

Very professional and accommodating Was so impressed with the service and quick responses and enjoyed our tours very much. The venue is so beautiful, we were blown away and really wanted to get married here. Sadly our guest list expanded too big (over 100 for ceremony) so couldn’t go ahead with this venue. But would really recommend people to go have a look as the pictures do not even do it justice as to how lovely it is
