Thank you all at Pratis from The Hamiltons 29.07.26 We honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding day. From booking our wedding dat at Love at the Barns to our wedding day, everyone was absolutely lovely, welcoming and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience so special and stress-free. We didn't look at any other wedding venues as we just knew the minute we walked into Pratis this was our perfect venue. Thank you so much to Nicola, our wedding coordinator, who was fantastic throughout the whole process. Her communication was always great, she was so helpful and approachable, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Knowing we had someone so organised and supportive looking after everything made such a difference. She genuinely took the time to get to know us and interested about our day and remembered the little things. A huge thank you to Patrick, the chef, who went above and beyond to cater for my coeliac disease. He took the time to make sure I felt completely safe and reassured, while still making sure the food was absolutely delicious. It meant so much to me to be able to enjoy our wedding meal without having to worry. Everyone LOVED the food! Kids to adults everyone loved our meal! Every member of the team played a part in making our day so memorable, and we’re incredibly grateful. We honestly couldn’t recommend Pratis Barns enough. We used Pratis for our whole wedding weekend and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. We had our family and friends up for a BBQ the night before the wedding, our wedding on the Saturday, and then finished the weekend with pizzas and more time with our family on the Sunday. Being able to have everyone together for the whole weekend made it so much more special, and we loved being able to make the most of everything Pratis has to offer. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, but what really made it for us was the team. They were incredible from the very beginning and so many of our guests commented on how lovely, helpful and friendly everyone was throughout the weekend. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and we genuinely felt so well looked after. Our mums especially absolutely loved Pratis and everything about the weekend, which makes it even more special knowing it’s not just somewhere we’ll always have amazing memories of, but somewhere our families loved too. We had so many people tell us it was the best wedding they’d ever been to, and we really think having the whole weekend at Pratis played such a huge part in that. We’re already hoping one of our friends gets married there so we have an excuse to come back!

Pratis Barns was everything we dreamed of and more - the most incredible setting, venue and team! Within minutes of viewing Pratis and meeting our coordinator Louise, we knew it was the one. Everything was perfect - the location, the views, the grounds, the barn, the house, the wonder room (!!!) - we couldn’t fault a thing. Planning was stress-free (and actually very fun) with the help of the incredible Louise! As foodies, we were really keen to avoid the bog standard wedding menu dishes. Patrick and his kitchen team made this very easy to do, with their range of amazing options. The feast was the most amazing way to sample the menu, and it was so nice to revisit the venue again. All of our guests complimented the meal, not the mention the canopies which were also soooo good. The day itself went off without a hitch as the team were so well organised and on top of everything. They even helped take the stress out of our dog being part of the ceremony, with Kelly being Pippa’s ‘chaperone’ before and after she brought the rings down the aisle 🥲 which meant there was no barking during the ceremony! There’s not a single thing we would change and we all had the most amazing 3 days of celebrations - still can’t believe it’s all over!! Can’t recommend Pratis barns enough! From the minute we booked for a viewing to the very end of our wedding weekend we honestly loved it! The staff, the food, the house, the venue, the prop room, the views, the bar and the list goes on were all absolutely ideal! Especially our coordinator Kelly who was the best person we could have asked for, happy to answer any question and be with us on the day to make sure every single detail was perfect for us! Five stars are not enough for Pratis Barns! Our wedding day was flawless thanks to the incredible team at Pratis. The staff here are what truly set this venue apart. Everyone went above and beyond to help us without hesitation. Our coordinator, Louise, was an absolute dream. She had everything covered and brought a wonderful, calm energy to the entire day. We got married at Pratis Barns on the 18th April 2026 and the whole day was magical from start to finish. Where do I even start!! The wedding was everything we could ever of dreamed of. It was absolutely perfect. The venue is so special and we would never have wanted to get married anywhere else. Pratis has everything you need. Our wedding coordinator Kelly took care of us perfectly. She made the day run so smoothly. We can't thank her enough. She was fabulous. We chose to do the VIP styling with Louise and she was outstanding. She brought the venue to life and pulled our vision to life in a way that was even better than we could ever have dreamed of. I actually miss Louise, I want her as my bestie now :D We first saw Pratis at their Love at the Barns wedding fayre and it was stunning, perfect mix of a barn vibe but modern and pretty at the same time and the fact you have the use of Pratis House just made it even better... so not only was it a perfect day but it made it possible to be a perfect weekend. We got married at Pratis Barns in September 2025 & couldn't have asked for a better day. It was the perfect venue! 🩷 We first found Pratis online when looking for venues and it ticked every box for us. When viewing we instantly knew it was absolutely the right venue for our big day. The team were so warm and it really is a space you can do anything with. The Wonder Room filled with decor to use was the cherry on the top for us - such a fantastic idea!! We had our wedding at Pratis Barns and honestly… wow. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue. It’s such an epic space — ideal for our numbers and exactly the vibe we were after — with the most breathtaking views. AND the HOUSE! It was just the icing on the cake! Pratis Barns is an absolutely breathtaking venue for a wedding. From the beautiful, intimate barn to the walled garden with its views out to the sea, and the rustic and spacious dining and dancing area, every part of it feels magical. While the setting itself was a huge draw for us, one of the main reasons we chose Pratis was because they truly provide everything; the venue, the incredible meal, various setup options, help with coordination for the day, and even the well-equipped house next door for the wedding party, which was ideal. It made planning so much easier knowing everything was handled by such an experienced team. The Pratis team were super organised and we really appreciated all their guidance and support along the way. We also got to visit several times before the big day, including for the couples’ feast, where we tasted most of the menu — and the food was just outstanding! Where do we start… Right from the very moment we set foot onto the site at Pratis Barns I knew we had found the perfect venue to host our wedding, but little did I know just standing in the car park looking out over the sea and the surrounding grounds how perfect it actually was. We had the greatest pleasure to be shown around the venue by Louise, who in my opinion is one of the best people and wedding coordinators you could ever hope to meet. She is an absolute credit to this incredible venue. Stepping into the stable with all those rustic features and twinkling lights was just the very start of our love for Pratis and the team there that care for you throughout your wedding planning journey. From the stable onto the shed with Louise guiding us the excitement was just over flowing, between us all we discussed our vision and we knew we had found a kindred spirit in Louise. As we spoke of what we were hoping to achieve, right before our eye’s Louise was bringing every possibility and dream into reality with amazing input & suggestions. When we reached the Byre I couldn’t contain myself any more and the tears started flowing. We had found it, this was it, this was our wedding venue and together with Louise we set the date. Following on from there we had the best support to every question and idea we had throughout the whole process. When it came time to attend the Feast night for food tasting we were utterly blown away by the food and attention to detail that Patrick & his team create. Patrick is hands down one of the best chefs we have ever had the good fortune to meet. His ideas and menu notes were so helpful to us in creating the best feast for our guests. It was also incredibly important to us to use as much local produce as possible and as huge supporters of local suppliers Patrick and the team were able to make us the best wedding meal we could ever have wished for. When the day of arrival finally came and it was time to prep the venue we were again met by Louise who was there throughout the day lending a hand, giving us helpful suggestions and tips of what we could add to our set up to make it even better from the Wonder Room. On the day of the wedding itself I can’t describe the feeling of calm and excitement I had knowing that everything was being taken care of exactly as we planned by Louise, Patrick and all incredible team at Pratis, including all the amazing bar staff & waiters. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Pratis Barns & the incredible team there to any future couple looking for the wedding venue of their dreams.
