With exclusive use of the manor and grounds, accommodation across beautifully designed apartments and three woodland treehouses, and a minimum stay of two nights, a wedding here is a proper weekend — not a single rushed day. Two nights for 55 people, at a price that surprises most couples who've looked at comparable venues charging day rates alone. Need longer? Many couples extend to three or four nights and make it a full North Devon coast holiday. A family wedding venue where every generation belongs Pickwell Manor is built for family weddings. A games room, hot tubs, tennis court, treasure hunts and our much-loved Pirate Island mean children are genuinely entertained - not just tolerated. Dogs are always welcome. And with everyone staying on site together, the weekend takes on a life of its own beyond the ceremony itself. Bring your own alcohol and caterers, or let us connect you with trusted local suppliers - from private chefs to relaxed feasts. Our oak-panelled ballroom provides a beautiful setting for dining and speeches. Ceremonies can take place at a local church, nearby registry office, or as a personalised celebrant-led ceremony here on the estate. North Devon elopements by the sea For couples who want something more intimate, our coastal elopement package offers a romantic escape on the North Devon coast. Stay in our secluded Loft Treehouse - sea views through the trees, your own private balcony and exchange vows at the treehouse or on Lundy Terrace, looking out towards the Atlantic. Elopements take place alongside other stays on the estate, offering a more relaxed and affordable alternative to exclusive use. We can help arrange everything - celebrant, photography, flowers and dining - or simply provide an extraordinary setting for your own plans. Important to know: For weddings at Pickwell Manor, all guests must stay on site. We're unable to accommodate additional off-site guests - this keeps your celebration truly private and ensures the whole weekend feels like yours. Late availability — autumn & winter 2026 As Pickwell Manor re-opens for weddings and elopements this year, we have a limited number of weekend dates available - a rare opportunity to book with shorter lead time.
