Park Hyatt London River Thames

We could not have picked a better venue! With exceptional modern facilities, and teams that go above and beyond, we're so glad we went with the Park Hyatt as our wedding venue. While it is a premium option, we do feel like we had great value for our money: our Sales Manager (Talei) and Events Manager (Hitomi) were both incredibly helpful, responsive and, importantly, respected and gave us flexibility with our choices. So much so that we did not feel like we needed to have a wedding planner/coordinator since they made the planning process so smooth! On the day itself, too, the Guest Relations team and Events Coordination were amazing: our guests LOVED the food, which was important to us. Even if it isn't in a traditional 'central' London location, the Park Hyatt was totally accessible to us and all our guests from London (and abroad!), too.

We had our wedding here in October and I cannot emphasise how amazing the entire day was. Being able to have our family and friends stay the hotel as well as having access to the in house catering made everything so much easier to organise, and Amanda and the events team went above and beyond to help make our vision a reality. The additional benefit of a hotel wedding just meant that food, drinks and also serving staff are managed by the hotel which reduced the number of vendors we had to deal with. In addition, the hotel can accomodate both the ceremony, evening reception and cocktail hour on premises so it meant that guests did not have to move around during the day, useful for larger events. We also had a number of guests comment on how delicious the food was - something which we loved during the tasting!
