Accommodation was clean and beautiful, with guests comfortable and saying they would love to visit again. The bridal suite is dreamy and perfect for getting ready. The planning process was made completely stress-free, thanks to the incredible Ria our wedding planner. She went above and beyond to make everything so easy and enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for her—she truly made us feel like our wedding was her top priority. We married at Oxnead Hall on the 7th August and genuinely had the best time of our lives. Everything was taken care of - not to mention the beautiful venue and grounds that left everyone speechless. We initially found Oxnead Hall during lockdown and arranged a virtual viewing with the lovely Katie. Immediately, we knew we'd love to work with her. She is charming, attentive, a good listener, an adviser, and overall a wonderful person who radiates positive energy - exactly what you need. When we eventually came for a physical viewing of the venue, we were tied between Oxnead Hall and another venue. But what sold it to us was Katie - she was the only one we wanted to work with. From then on, we spent just over a year planning the rest of the wedding. The couples tasting event was a great opportunity to taste the food and see the grounds again and start imagining what the day could be like. It was the first time we met some of the other lovely staff and we were blown away by just how truly amazing they all are. The thing I like most about these people is that despite the fact that they do several weddings a week, they make you feel like you're the only couple they work with. The food was also amazing. The guests kept complimenting how hot and fresh everything was, as well as how tasty it was! Katie looked after us throughout the day and literally took care of everything. We knew Oxnead Hall was the one for us as soon as we visited. Every part of the venue - the accommodation, the fountain room, the hall, the grounds, are all so perfect, it was exactly what we wanted our dream venue to be. It was simply magical. All through the planning process Lucy was absolutely fantastic, and always got back to me very quickly whenever I had a query. I'm totally in awe of her of how amazing she and the team were on the day! They had thought and planned for everything! They even tided up the bridal suite for us before we got back to the room at the end of the night, which was the most amazing surprise! The wedding breakfast didn’t disappoint either - every single guest commented on how wonderful all the food was, and that they were decent portions too, not those tiny plates you so often get at weddings. We had chicken mains, and not a single portion was dry - very impressive! The most mentioned thing at our wedding was how incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful all the staff were. Every single guest mentioned this to us at some point. Oxnead Hall is the best place to get married because of the incredible team that work so tirelessly behind the scenes all day
