We genuinely can’t even begin to explain how amazing everyone at Norwood was. From the very first time we went for our initial viewing, every single person was fantastic. We were given the time and space to walk around at our own pace, with absolutely no pressure or obligation, which immediately made us feel so comfortable. And once we decided that Norwood was the place for us, the experience somehow just got better. I think most people would probably expect that once you’ve been “sold” something, paid your deposit and signed the contract, the venue simply gives you what you’ve paid for. But Norwood is so much more than that. Whenever we visited for the Black Book supplier events, afternoon tea for Mother’s Day, or just popped in, we were always treated so amazingly. It genuinely felt like we were part of the Norwood family rather than just another couple who had booked their wedding there. I honestly can’t put into words how incredible the customer service is. As every bride knows, there are moments during wedding planning where you have a bit of a meltdown 😂. Whenever that happened, Rich was always there, happy to help, answer my questions and put my mind at ease. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Then came the actual wedding day, and Olivia had promised me that she would take care of setting everything up so that I could just relax and enjoy the day. I trusted her, but I don’t think I could have imagined just how much effort she and the whole team would put in. The venue looked absolutely incredible, even better than we could have imagined, and it meant that we could genuinely enjoy every second without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes. And then in the evening, Katie and the team kept everything going, making sure the vibes were right and everyone was having the best time. If there were any problems or things that went wrong, I genuinely have no idea what they were, because they certainly never reached us! We simply do not have the words to emphasise how amazing the Norwood venue and team are! The venue truly is a one of a kind. The balance between beautifully kept outdoor areas, renovated Georgian interiors, and open, modern spaces, is unmatched. We had our ceremony in the bandstand, which had such a perfectly intimate and private feel. The gardens are maintained beautifully, so with our late May wedding meant we were surrounded by such beautiful colours. The food! Oh the food! We have had comments for the last 2months about how amazing the food was. The Norwood team are really something else! Nothing was too much for anyone we dealt with along the planning or the wedding itself. Liv and Katie were our coordinators on the day, and even with the 32degree heat, they were amazing. If there were any issues on the day, neither of us noticed as the team dealt with everything seamlessly. We were completely looked after every step of the way. Everything was laid out perfectly throughout our planning journey, with all of our questions answered with no judgement (even when they were obvious or silly). We were blown away with how beautiful the grounds were and how passionate the staff were so we decided to book it straight away. Norwood Park is a fantastic venue - a beautiful house and gardens with the most professional and helpful team, ready and willing to accommodate all requests. The venue is on the pricier side and accommodation does have to be coordinated through you as the couple, rather than guest

I cannot recommend or thank Norwood enough for how perfect our wedding day was. It’s been a week and we both can’t stop talking or looking at photos of the day. We found Norwood through one of their open days - before this we were looking at barn venues! However, when we drove up and saw the house in the distance we both had butterflies and knew this venue was for us. That feeling kept getting stronger the more we walked around and explored the grounds. It had everything we wanted - beautiful gardens, on site accommodation (very important to us as both our families were travelling!) and multiple ceremony spaces. I’m an incredibly organised person and was looking to book 3 years in advance which wasn’t technically possible but Norwood kept me up to date with when they could proceed with booking us in and with their final prices. Norwood’s communication throughout was outstanding and no question was too silly. We communicated mostly through email and I was kept up to date with their newsletters and social media. We had a food tasting session that didn’t go 100% to plan but this was rectified quickly. On our actual wedding day, if anything went wrong we don’t know about it. For us, the day ran smoothly and was everything we wanted. Our team was Katie & Rich who on the day were just superb - there aren’t enough adjectives to describe how grateful we are for them. All our suppliers were from Norwood’s Black Book and we are so glad we did as they all knew Norwood like the back of their hands and it helped to make the day as fantastic as it was. This venue is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever seen, everywhere you look there is something different and special! The staff are so kind and so helpful they did so much for us while we were there. I couldn’t recommend them enough, can’t wait to come back for other events!
