Holly and Kim were excellent coordinators both in the lead-up to the wedding and on the day itself. Communication from booking through to the big day was great, and the team were very flexible. As soon as we see the barn at the Norton, we knew it was the one. The hotel itself is beautiful and Morden throughout, and then the barn is natural, rustic and elegant. I can’t thank the Norton park team enough for making our wedding day so special and so perfect for us! Particularly, a big thank you to Bouchra, Sophie and Michael who looked after us from the organising stages to the big day! The team were super supportive, attentive and meticulous with everything they did for our wedding. Everything was as we had hoped for even to the little fine details! The day before the wedding, Michael made sure we were happy with the set up for our wedding breakfast and we had a meeting with the whole team to make sure we were happy with the schedule of the days events. This helped us relax and know that we were going to be well looked after and not have to worry about anything on the big day! Even having the team come and say hello to us when we were getting ready to check in with how we were and help me with my big dress into the car! Michael bringing us canapés and fizz to our door as we arrived back from the church! These are some of the little personal details and gestures that we will remember forever and again made our day so memorable and special. The food was absolutely perfect! We got married 0n the 7th Feb 2025. All of the staff were incredibly helpful on the day, any question we had they were more than happy to answer. They covered every bit of information in as meeting the day before ensuring there was nothing left out of the planning for the day. The location was beautiful and even on a rainy/snowy day shone through in our photographs. The food was amazing and we were even able to personalise some of the menu items for the day. Me and my (now) husband had the most magical wedding at this venue. Emma, who organised it for us, was absolutely fantastic. The venue itself is stunning with so many lovely secret spots for photos. However, Emma really went above and beyond in making our special day easier. We got married on the 22nd June this year and we had the most magical, beautiful and perfect day. It was everything we wished for and more. The venue was dressed so beautifully. Emma was extremely helpful with all wedding planning leading up to the day and her and her team were fantastic on the day. Service throughout the day was really good and our day couldn’t of run anymore smoothly from start to finish. We had lots of comments from family and friends saying how amazing the day was and how yummy the food was. I stayed the night before in the bridal suite and then got ready in there with all my bridal party. The breakfast that got brought upstairs was amazing!! Emma arranged a room for Al and his groomsmen to get ready in when they arrived in the morning. We then stayed in that room the night of wedding which was remade up and had flowers taken up to the room. We even got gifted a personalised cake knife set from the hotel which was a lovely surprise. Wow, where to start! We got married May 2024 and after planning our wedding with Norton Park since 2022, we couldn’t have been happier with the service that the team provided us. Emma was fantastic from start to finish, her communication, vision and attention to detail was superb! From menu tastings, to viewings and meetings with Emma, she knew our vision and created exactly what we wanted. Any changes or updates we needed to share were no problem for her and even arranging a meal for my family the night before was no hassle for Emma. She brought such a calm presence to the morning and showing pictures of the set up whilst I was getting ready was exactly what this control freak bride needed! When we first booked Norton Park Hotel for our big day, we had high hopes for a memorable day. While there were some hiccups during the lead-up to the wedding, the actual day itself turned out to be faultless, thanks to the incredible efforts of their dedicated staff, particularly Emma, Kim and David. In all honesty, our journey towards the wedding day was less than smooth. We encountered a handful of issues, particularly regarding the meals we went for on several occasions prior to the day. On multiple occasions, we had to address discrepancies with the food along with our first menu tasting evening which was short of a disaster and caused us unnecessary anxiety and stress. However, Emma assured us that despite these initial setbacks, things would improve on our big day as it was a different team running the event and told us not to worry. And improved, they did. The team led by Emma, Kim & David were dedicated to ensuring our day ran smoothly from start to finish. Emma, Kim and David were our main points of contact on the day, they all went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and address any concerns we had. They took charge of the entire day, overseeing the setup and ensuring that the tiny details were perfect. David & Kims presence alone put us at ease and allowed us to fully enjoy our special day. David and Kim orchestrated the smooth flow of the entire wedding. From coordinating with the kitchen staff to managing the waiting staff, they ensured that the service was faultless. Their calmness and professionalism set the tone for the entire venue. It was clear that their expertise and experience were instrumental in executing a flawless event. The staff as a whole, on the day of our wedding, exceeded all expectations. They were attentive, friendly, and highly efficient, making sure that each guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. From the serving staff to the bartenders, everyone contributed to the incredible ambiance of the day. We viewed a couple of venues before settling on Norton Park. There was a part of me that always wanted to get married here but we compared to other venues anyway and they still came out on top! The value for money was great, and I can’t rate the professionalism we witnessed highly enough. From start to finish, we were in constant contact with the team and had regular meetings. They catered perfectly for our mixed culture wedding and nothing was too much trouble. On the day itself, the team looking after us were great, other members of the bridal party even commented to us how great they thought they were! From ensuring we’d eaten enough throughout the day, to arranging all our decorations and carrying the train on my dress - they really went above and beyond! The grounds that the hotel is set in are beautiful, we were lucky enough to have amazing weather on our mid-October wedding date and the stunning grounds look great in our pictures. Beautiful barn for the ceremony and meal decorated nicely with flowers and lights. Larger space in the Norton suite for the evening meant we could invite more friends along to enjoy our day. Norton park event organisers were very helpful, supportive and flexible in all the arrangements so we could tailor the day and costs to what we wanted and could afford. Highly recommended as a venue.
