New Place was always going to be the venue I chose for the wedding. Could not fault it at all! Jacinta was very professional and efficient organising everything with us as I know was difficult not being very organised really at all. She was either a phone call or email away and always answering any queries to us. Freddie was an absolute legend, she was there whenever you needed something, always wanting to help and she could always tell if something had annoyed me (nothing to do with the venue) she was always there to calm me down and make me relax and chill out. Honestly, we can't thank the team at New Place enough. Planning a wedding through the pandemic wasn't easy but the team did everything they could to ensure we were able to plan a day we always dreamed of. They kept us in the loop as much as they could and were extremely accommodating when it came to changing the date of our wedding. They were amazing from the very start when we visited a wedding fayre, all the way up to the moment we said goodbye to our guests on our wedding day. After looking at a number of venues online we went to see New Place for their wedding fair. It was the first venue we saw in person and we booked our wedding that same day! We knew it was the right venue for us immediately. The key things that appealed to us were: we could do the whole wedding on site, the accommodation is lovely and affordable so guests could stay on site, there were lots of lovely indoor locations that we could do photos of the weather was rubbish, the grounds and hotel are both beautiful, the staff on the open day were friendly and helpful, and it was within our budget!! What a beautiful venue, we could not recommend it enough, the grounds are beautifully kept, Food is delicious, the accommodation great and the staff are wonderful! From the minute we began planning our wedding the dedication from the team was seen, from little reminders here and there to always being down the end of the phone for a panicking bride a few weeks before! The whole process is amazing especially with meetings close to the day just to make sure everything has been done and is ready for the big day.
