We can’t even put into words how truly amazing Launcells Barton is as a venue to have the wedding of your dreams. Lara and Chrissie have been amazing from the very first day we went to view it. They made our wedding day worry free, with on the day coordination, knowing every detail. We have had so many comments from guests saying how beautiful the whole venue is and how helpful and friendly the staff were. Launcells was the first venue we visited and immediately fell in love. The venue itself is stunning, with such an amazing range of spaces to celebrate in. However, it is the team who work there who really went above and beyond to help and support us, both before the day and during the event (even afterwards when we accidentally left something there!). It’s difficult to truly put into words how truly spectacular Launcells Barton is. It was the first and last wedding venue we viewed, because in just a few minutes we had fallen head over heels. The staff were so welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring across the entire process. Planning a wedding from 200miles away can be tricky at times, but the Handy Info Guide and virtual meetings helped us find amazing suppliers and answer any questions we had. Exclusive use of the venue provided us not only with the perfect ambiance and back drop for our special day, but a relaxing space to enjoy pre and post wedding celebrations with our nearest and dearest. Our guests were so complimentary of the venue and its staff, and were especially excited to see us off on sunset tractor ride! What a positive experience we had from start to finish - from the initial emailing to arrange a visit, everyone was so kind, so professional, and very responsive. They were very accommodating with the questions we had, but their Handy Info Guide out most of our queries to rest. They really have thought of everything! The venue is just stunning; it’s so well kept and maintained by the fabulous team there, that come rain or shine, it would have been beautiful. No decor is needed with a place like this! We knew from the moment we arrived at Launcells Barton that it was the perfect venue for us. We had only been engaged for 24 hours and we were completely clueless about where to start! Lara was incredibly warm and welcoming and gave us a thorough tour showing us everything that the venue had to offer. The venue includes accommodation for up 12 people in a stunning 17thC Manor House which we felt was a fantastic part of the package. Throughout the planning process Layla and Ellie were on hand to answer any queries we had and they were able to provide fantastic insights into the ‘do’s’ and ‘dont’s’ which helped us to plan the perfect day. The Trello board was really useful as a forum to collate information and ask any queries in the final stages of the planning process. When we arrived at the venue to set up for the big day Ellie was welcoming and helpful and helped make the process as stress-free as possible. We loved having exclusive use of the site which enabled us to enjoy the evening before and morning after with our closest family and friends. The day itself was magical and the venue was absolutely stunning. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the venue and the surrounding area. Where do we start! We had the most incredible and memorable day at Launcells Barton. A day that we are still reminiscing daily and continue to hear amazing memories from friends and family alike. Ellie and Lara helped us plan the perfect wedding, all whilst we were abroad. They answered every question we had and kept us informed of all of the details we needed. We met with Ellie and Lara for the first time, half way through our planning phase, and they talked us through the day in such detail that meant we were all on the same page. The recommended suppliers were amazing, just about all of our suppliers were from this list and they were truly phenomenal. This, alongside the great communication from Launcells Barton, meant the entire process was stress free and exciting. On the day, Ellie and the team worked behind the scenes seamlessly, to ensure we had the most beautiful day. They co-ordinated with all of our suppliers to ensure the smooth running, from the guitarist, to the florist and food. I had saw adverts on instagram of Launcells Barton long before we were engaged so when it happened, I knew straight away where I’d like to look! We arranged a viewing and the second we drove into the gates, we knew it was the one! The grounds are beautiful and the perfect mix between country and modern. Once we’d booked, the venue stayed in regular contact, offering advice and support the whole time. From the moment we stepped out of the car to view Launcells Barton, we knew it had to be our wedding venue. Lara and Ellie made the whole process as stress free as possible. They set up a Trello board where all of our information was kept together so that we were all on the same page.
