Originally constructed in the 1950s, the hall was refurbished in 2021 to complement the original features, creating a charming atmosphere for you to celebrate your special day. Lady Margaret Hall is not licensed for civil ceremonies but can host celebrant ceremonies. It is also ideally located for religious services at St. Mary’s Church in Cuckney. Facilities and Capacity The hall features a main hall with lots of natural light, a curved ceiling, a stage for your desired entertainment, and an additional bar area. You and your partner may adore the flexibility of the location's open floor plan, which allows you to easily set up your banquet or theatre seating arrangement. Up to 120 loved ones may enjoy a delicious dinner to celebrate your special occasion. The hall can accommodate up to 220 guests if you desire a standing event. Hiring a marquee for an outdoor celebration on the large field is also possible at an additional cost. The hall has a well-equipped kitchen for caterers to use. Lady Margaret Hall is an excellent canvas for various wedding themes and decor. We supply the venue and a recommended supplier list; the rest is up to you. The estate also has nine holiday cottages that sleep between three and thirty-one people, you can book for your wedding night, or for your guests. Several of the cottages are within walking distance of the hall.
