This cluster of old houses that are located on the waterfront, were originally built in the 1940’s as a yachtsman’s club and provide you with a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere. Tresanton is also host to a Civil License, so we can accommodate marriages and civil partnerships at our venue. These can be for just the two of you in our cosy and intimate bar lounge, or for more with the ceremony taking place in our beautiful function room. The ultimate wedding at Tresanton is an exclusive-use weekend wedding for up to 70 persons. You can enjoy the luxury of having the entire place at your disposal. Staff will be on hand to cater to your every need and desire, and you have the luxury to pick the most suitable rooms for you and your guests. Available from October to April. Have a cosy meal on Friday evening, which will allow your friends and family to catch up or get to know each other in the excitement of the forthcoming wedding. Breakfast in the morning will get you ready for the day ahead and after your ceremony has taken place, your guests can enjoy a drinks reception and canapés on the terrace, which also offers you the perfect backdrop for your wedding photography. Our restaurant is the ideal location for your wedding breakfast and, as the day turns to night, the warm natural daylight that once filled the room can be replaced by candlelight in the evening. Tresanton also hosts smaller celebrations for 50 guests or less. The small and intimate nature of the hotel can suit a smaller celebration perfectly, with guests enjoying our private "Nook" terrace for waterside champagne and canapes. We offer both formal and informal wedding breakfast menus, with our infamous barbeque's available for those looking for a more relaxed day. Available all year round. The hotel comprises of thirty bedrooms, a restaurant, bar, sitting room, sea view terrace, kids playroom and wendy house, along with our "Nook" terrace and classic Italian racing yacht "Pinuccia". The 8 metre yacht was built in Italy and we offer it to guests for private charter from May through to September. This can be the perfect way to travel and explore the bay in style. Through a friend of a friend I heard about this very special hotel in Cornwall which has to be one of the top wedding venues in this country if not the world- you really have to experience a night their to know exactly what I mean! Nothing is to much trouble and the care taken in the planning stages is surely what stands this hotel of from the crowd- I am longing for our fist anniversary so we can return.
