Holiday Inn Ben who was our Wedding planner was brilliant considering we had he come through half way through he done a absolutely brilliant job from the Start.to finish very well planned with every detail up to the day even though they had a burst pipe in the building which lost 32 rooms we our room.was literally next to it but ruined a couple of things but he done his best to sort it on even on the day ! And he did a amazing job even the staff there helped with the situation and made my day as special as it could b so could not fault the staff and Jordan the chef was brilliant his service was commented on to how amazimg his food was and the service there ! So we was Extremely happy with even our guests with the food the only we wasnt happy with was the room where we stayed in 146 which was next to the burst pipes and water damage which smelt damp no carpet near our door entry to the room my dress kept getting caught on the carpet grippers and dirty as there wasnt a carpet down and no air conditioning in the room as it got ruined to the water damge! And the other fault we have qith the package deal we chose was they was meant to get 15% discount of the rooms for booking hotel for the night and they didnt as was actual

Me and my partner booked the venue last year. Due to our busy schedules, we weren't initially going to have a proper wedding but when we seen this package and everything was included, it seemed too good to resist. The whole experience was so stressful. Trying to get answers about the wedding day and organise was like trying to get blood from a stone. I was continuously given conflicting and incorrect information. Half way through planning, the wedding coordinator either quit or got sacked, and no one told me. Spent months waiting for replies. The whole thing caused a strain on the relationship, it was absolutely not worth the hassle and I actually ended up cancelling the whole thing and ended up ha

I had the most wonderful experience, my day went so perfectly and not a single thing went wrong. The staff were all amazing and communicating with me every step of the way. I honestly can't recommend them enough!! The only downside and it wasn’t the venue's fault is that I had curated a very particular and special playlist for the day, which had been passed on to the DJ by Rachel who was taking care of my day with me, but the DJ hardly played any of it and played his own choices instead. Apart from that, the day was wonderful and almost a year later and thinking back I'm still filled with such happiness and love. I'd recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone We had our wedding here , on the 15/03/2025 , the first wedding of the year , at The holiday Inn , London Road , Ipswich , what a fantastic day , they gave us , fantastic wedding breakfast & evening buffet, they couldn’t have don’t more , all the staff ,
