Can not fault this holiday Inn at all. We had our wedding in October 2016 and it was amazing. Carla , from start to finish was just brilliant, so professional and extremely helpful. The staff on the day were incredible, made us feel so comfortable and special. The rooms looked stunning and the food was incredible, they catered for our son who has allergies and gave the vegetarians a varied choice. We honestly couldn't fault our day at all. From my first meeting with Carla she instilled me with confidence in her knowledge and ability to enable me to have the wedding that we desired. She explained all our options , and from the first meeting made me aware they could do as much or as little as we required. She went through my many changes assisted by Karen , and I was always made to feel nothing was a bother. Prior to the wedding we had a meeting and everything was arranged for the day. I met Claire who was coordinating the event and Claire who was being our mc and they immediately made me feel the day was going to flow which it did. It was Claire's first time being mc and I genuinely wish I could have bottled her enthusiasm . It was the little things, like my tears at the speeches and a box tissues appeared Even last minute changes were no problem . Everything ran like clockwork, the venue was utterly perfect, the food was fantastic and I genuinely could not have asked for more. All staff who we had any dealings with could not have done more and we felt they were genuinely delighted to be part of our special day. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough for your wedding the venue was big enough for our guests and there was room to sit out with the music area for guests looking for a bit of quieter area. We had our wedding here on the 25th March 2016, right from our first meeting with Carla we knew we had chosen the right venue, she was able to put us both at ease in how things were easily organised and nothing was a bother, even with all the changes I had made in the weeks leading up to our big day, Claire the mc was just amazing as I was stressing the evening before with last minute changes but this was not a problem, the staff were fabulous and made our day perfect. Even the next day we got our times mixed up for breakfast and the manager made sure we had full breakfast cooked for us. I couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough for your wedding the venue was big enough for our guests and there was room to sit out with the music area for guests looking for a bit of quieter area. However it was the staff who made this so special and you would have no qualms about leaving your special day in their hands , they all genuinely felt like friends by the end of the day
